For a no hassle setup and compatibility with Create React App, transpiled ES6 and CommonJS module versions have been included within the NPM package. If using this setup, please re-write the import statement in the documentation site examples. Advanced usage requires that your babel presets are set up correctly. create-react-app and environments that do not transpile code within node_modules are not compatible with the component import below. All the examples on the documentation site use this syntax. You can use the Babel preset, @salesforce/babel-preset-design-system-react, to get started. This preset will keep Babel compatible with Design System React and allow ES6 module benefits such as tree-shaking. -

Often you'll want to have a file where you can import a single ORM instance across the app. -

Recently I was quite frustrated to find out that the old API on Twitter was depreciated and the overhead in setting up a system to perform OAUTH just to get my already publicly available tweets was too damn high. Even worse I couldn't find any simple solutions for JavaScript. All code examples were server-side. So after much thinking, I invented the following solution. It makes use of the over-bloated widgets Twitter gives us to put on our sites, cuts out all the nonsense (and nonsemantic markup), and returns to you your raw tweet text so you can do with it as you please and style it how you want on your own website - like it should be. Instructions on how to get it working with your tweets are in the code comments, just do what it says! Enjoy! -

Simulate user events
Fire events the same way the user does. user-event tries to simulate the real events that would happen in the browser as the user interacts with it. For example userEvent.click(checkbox) would change the state of the checkbox. user-event is a companion library for Testing Library that simulates user interactions by dispatching the events that would happen if the interaction took place in a browser. fireEvent dispatches DOM events, whereas user-event simulates full interactions, which may fire multiple events and do additional checks along the way. Testing Library's built-in fireEvent is a lightweight wrapper around the browser's low-level dispatchEvent API, which allows developers to trigger any event on any element. The problem is that the browser usually does more than just trigger one event for one interaction. -

react-imgpro is an image-processing component for React. This component process an image with filters supplied as props and returns a base64 image. I was working on a project last month which involved a lot of image processing and I'd to rely on third party libraries. But before using them directly, I'd to learn different concepts in gl (shaders) and then try to implement them in React. The difficult part was not learning but it was the verbosity, boilerplate code and redundancy introduced by the libraries in the codebase. It was getting difficult to organize all the things. And React's component-based model was perfect for hiding all the implementation details in a component. -

Blaze is a file-sharing progressive web app(PWA) that allows users to transfer files between multiple devices. It works similarly to SHAREit or the Files app by Google but uses web technologies to eliminate the process of installing native apps for different devices and operating systems. It also supports instant file sharing with multiple devices at once which many file-sharing apps lack. Blaze primarily uses WebTorrent and WebSockets protocol (as a fallback) to transfer files between multiple devices. Files shared via WebTorrent are peer-to-peer(as they use WebRTC internally) which means there is a direct transfer between the sender and receiver without any intermediate server. Do note that tracker servers in WebTorrent are used which carry metadata and facilitate the file transfer but do not get the complete file in any form. -

The ZeroClipboard library provides an easy way to copy text to the clipboard using an invisible Adobe Flash movie and a JavaScript interface. The "Zero" signifies that the library is invisible and the user interface is left entirely up to you. To test this page locally, checkout the gh-pages branch, install jekyll and run jekyll serve to open localhost:4000. This is achieved by automatically floating the invisible movie on top of a DOM element of your choice. Standard mouse events are even propagated out to your DOM element, so you can still have rollover and mouse down effects. To setup, the project for local development starts with these commands in your terminal. Before submitting a pull request you'll need to validate, build, and test your code. Run the default grunt task in your terminal. -

Export the JSON description of the design draft through the plug-in in the design draft and paste it into the imgcook visual editor. Compressing the pictures to be uploaded on the client side can save bandwidth and send them to the backend faster, especially suitable for use on mobile devices. I have stepped on many pitfalls, after several version iterations, as well as the feedback and help of many netizens, and model testing. The picture is distorted, some devices do not automatically rotate the direction of the picture, and there is no jpeg compression algorithm. New Blob is not supported, and the size of the file constructed by formData is 0. There are also inexplicable bugs in some models and browsers (such as QQX5 browser). On-demand loading (JS files will be automatically loaded asynchronously according to the corresponding device, saving unnecessary bandwidth)
