Open Source Lazarus File Managers

Double Commander is a cross platform open source file manager with two panels side by side. It is inspired by Total Commander and features some new ideas.

This Python program/library is designed to handle GD-ROM image (GDI) files. It can be used to list files, extract data, generate sorttxt file, extract bootstrap (IP.BIN) file and more. This project can be used in standalone mode, in interactive mode or as a library in another Python program (check the 'addons' folder to learn how). For your convenience, you can use the gditools.py GUI program supplied in the Files section (optional). To use this project you must install the Python 2.7.x branch release binaries. See the README.TXT file for more informations.

Select folders and files for comparison.Compare using any or all of checksum, name, size, date modifed, accessed or created. Select files for further action by filtering upon name, folder, length of name relative or absolute, date modified accessed or created relative or absolute. Delete, recycle, copy, move or save (to a file) selected files.

As a PHP developer I often find myself presented with a website where all the files are with a .html extension and I either have to manually rename all of the files or mess around with a shell. This tiny but powerful app takes away all that hassle.

Choose some files and folders in one directory and move files to another. Program copy, irgnore or process file with your settings. Very useful for converting music with external commandline coders
