ADOMA stands for: Alternative Display Of Multiple Alignment. ADOMA can create four different displays of a multiple sequence alignment: a ClustalW alignment in HTML format, a simplified ClustalW alignment in HTML and/or txt format and a colored ClustalW alignment in HTML format. For examples of these outputfiles check the screenshots. ADOMA uses ClustalW to create the multiple alignment from DNA or protein sequences and displays them slightly different than the normal output of ClustalW. Simple command line tool for text to image generation
Simple command-line tool for text to image generation using OpenAI's CLIP and Siren (Implicit neural representation network). In true deep learning fashion, more layers will yield better results. Default is at 16, but can be increased to 32 depending on your resources. Technique first devised and shared by Mario Klingemann, it allows you to prime the generator network with a starting image, before being steered towards the text. Simply specify the path to the image you wish to use, and optionally the number of initial training steps. We can also feed in an image as an optimization goal, instead of only priming the generator network. Deepdaze will then render its own interpretation of that image. The regular mode for texts only allows 77 tokens. If you want to visualize a full story/paragraph/song/poem, set create_story to True. -

Adobe Malware Classifier is a command-line tool that lets antivirus analysts, IT administrators, and security researchers quickly and easily determine if a binary file contains malware, so they can develop malware detection signatures faster, reducing the time in which users' systems are vulnerable. Malware Classifier uses machine learning algorithms to classify Win32 binaries – EXEs and DLLs – into three classes: 0 for “clean,” 1 for “malicious,” or “UNKNOWN.” The tool was developed using models resultant from running the J48, J48 Graft, PART, and Ridor machine-learning algorithms on a dataset of approximately 100,000 malicious programs and 16,000 clean programs. The tool extracts seven key features from an unknown binary, feeds them to one of the four classifiers or all of them, and presents its classification of the unknown binary. -

Manticore helps us quickly take advantage of symbolic execution, taint analysis, and instrumentation to analyze binaries. Parts of Manticore underpinned our symbolic execution capabilities in the Cyber Grand Challenge. As an open-source tool, we hope that others can take advantage of these capabilities in their own projects. We prioritized simplicity and usability while building Manticore. We used minimal external dependencies and our API should look familiar to anyone with exploitation or reversing background. If you have never used such a tool before, give Manticore a try. Manticore comes with an easy-to-use command line tool that quickly generates new program “test cases” (or sample inputs) with symbolic execution. Each test case results in a unique outcome when running the program, like a normal process exit or crash (e.g., invalid program counter, invalid memory read/write). -

This project provides the computational tools for assigning the organismal identity for each genomic scaffold in the given dataset. Other neural network types are planned, but not implemented yet. The project can run in two modes: command line tool and Python 7.2 extension. Currently, Python version appears more functional, as it allows easy interaction with algorithms developed by other people.
