AirChat

AirChat is a proof-of-concept communication system that works without the internet or cellular networks, using audio over radio links to move messages between nodes. It couples a lightweight packet format with asymmetric keys to enable addressed delivery, optional end-to-end encryption, and anonymous broadcast when encryption is disabled. The software talks to modem software such as FLDigi via XML-RPC, letting one machine handle radio I/O while others run the AirChat service, and it can also ride any device capable of transmitting audio, including low-cost handheld radios. The design intentionally trades bandwidth for freedom, resilience, and low cost, prioritizing operation during blackouts, disasters, censorship events, or remote expeditions. Gateways allow a participating node with connectivity to bridge traffic to limited internet services like news fetching or posting updates, optionally through Tor and proxy support. -

phpseclib is designed to be ultra-portable. The 3.0 version works on PHP 5.6+ and doesn't require any extensions. For purposes of speed, OpenSSL, GMP, libsodium or mcrypt are used, if they're available, but they are not required. phpseclib is designed to be fully interoperable with standardized cryptography libraries and protocols. MIT-licensed pure-PHP implementations of SSH-2, SFTP, X.509, an arbitrary-precision integer arithmetic library, Ed25519 / Ed449 / Curve25519 / Curve449, ECDSA / ECDH (with support for 66 curves), RSA (PKCS#1 v2.2 compliant), DSA / DH, DES / 3DES / RC4 / Rijndael / AES / Blowfish / Twofish / Salsa20 / ChaCha20, GCM / Poly1305. The only requirement that phpseclib 3.0 has is that you must be using PHP 5.6+. Using phpseclib2_compat will actually bring a few enhancements to your dependency. -

MH-E is the Emacs interface to the MH mail system. It offers all the functionality of MH, the visual orientation and simplicity of use of a GUI, and full integration with Emacs, including thorough configuration and online help. Since MH-E 8.6 was released in 2016, its development migrated to the Emacs repository. Thus, if you install an Emacs package, or check out and compile the Emacs source, then you will be running the latest version of MH-E. Consequently, we will retire this site once all of the tickets are resolved. Therefore, please help us out and submit new tickets with M-x report-emacs-bug. MH-E is now only supported in the version of GNU Emacs in which it appears. It is no longer supported in XEmacs. MQTTnet is a high-performance .NET library for MQTT-based communication. It provides an MQTT client and an MQTT server (broker) and supports the MQTT protocol up to version 5. TLS support for client and server (but not UWP servers). Extensible communication channels (e.g. In-Memory, TCP, TCP+TLS, WS). Lightweight (only the low-level implementation of MQTT, no overhead). Performance optimized (processing ~150.000 messages/second). Uniform API across all supported versions of the MQTT protocol. Tested on the local machine (Intel i7 8700K) with MQTTnet client and server running in the same process using the TCP channel. The app for verification is part of this repository and stored in /Tests/MQTTnet.TestApp.NetCore. List of connected clients available. Rasa helps you build contextual assistants capable of having layered conversations with lots of back-and-forths. In order for a human to have a meaningful exchange with a contextual assistant, the assistant needs to be able to use context to build on things that were previously discussed. Rasa enables you to build assistants that can do this in a scalable way. Rasa uses Poetry for packaging and dependency management. If you want to build it from the source, you have to install Poetry first. By default, Poetry will try to use the currently activated Python version to create the virtual environment for the current project automatically.
