Efficient reliable UDP unicast, UDP multicast, and IPC message transport. Java and C++ clients are available in this repository, and a .NET client is available from a 3rd party. All three clients can exchange messages across machines, or on the same machine via IPC, very efficiently. Message streams can be recorded by the Archive module to persistent storage for later, or real-time, replay. Aeron Cluster provides support for fault-tolerant services as replicated state machines based on the Raft consensus algorithm. Performance is the key focus. A design goal for Aeron is to be the highest throughput with the lowest and most predictable latency of any messaging system. Aeron integrates with Simple Binary Encoding (SBE) for the best possible message encoding and decoding performance. Many of the data structures used in the creation of Aeron have been factored out to the Agrona project. -

While I cannot guarantee this client protects you from anything, I have tried my best to remove Discord's data collection. As detailed from Luna Mendes' discord-unofficial-docs, Discord sends telemetry data over the /api/science endpoint. This project does its best to disable this telemetry communication by running javascript code into the webview that adds a blacklist/whitelist to the default XMLHttpRequest behavior. In this way, we explicitly block all communication with the science address, while simultaneously whitelisting addresses needed for minimum Discord functionality. PingMe is a personal project to satisfy my need to have alerts, most major platforms have integration to send alerts but it's not always useful, either you are stuck with one particular platform, or you have to do a lot of integrations. I needed a small utility that I could just call from my backup scripts, cron jobs, CI/CD pipelines, or from anywhere to send a message with particular information. And I can ship it everywhere with ease. Hence, the birth of PingMe. Everything is configurable via environment variables, and you can simply export the logs or messages to a variable that will be sent as a message, most of all this serves as a swiss army knife sort of tool that supports multiple platforms. -

Sandglass is a distributed, horizontally scalable, persistent, time-ordered message queue. It was developed to support asynchronous tasks and message scheduling which makes it suitable for usage as a task queue. This is a prototype of a side project. This should not be used in production in its current form as things may change quickly without notice. As previously asked (#4), the purpose of this project might not seem clear. In short, there is two goals. The first is to be able to track each message individually (i.e. not using a single commit offset) to make it suitable for asynchronous tasks. The second is the ability to schedule messages to be consumed in the future. This makes it suitable for retries.
