DAVIS is an easy and useful language for IRC bots. This project contains our own bots, some bots for demonstration, a parser that creates Java, C, Perl and IRC-Script code out of a DAVIS file, and an interpreter for DAVIS files.

Cado is a mature code generation language that operates on standard templates with embedded macros. It is useful for generating source code and other related content (tests, docs, configuations, etc.), deriving from a common project nomenclature.

Boiler-template (source) file generator. Automates (source) file generation from template files: speeds up developement of redundant or re-usable software and more. An example template for Linux Kernel Device Drivers generation, is included.

Cress (Communication Representation Employing Systematic Specification) allows graphical description of a wide variety of services such as in data communications/telecommunications, but Cress is not limited to this. The approach allows services to be described graphically as (work)flows of activities. Cress diagrams are automatically translated into formal languages for rigorous analysis and verification, and are also automatically translated into implementation languages for deployment and validation. Cress aims to make service design as easy as possible without requiring specialist development knowledge. It simplifies service creation to drawing diagrams, clicking buttons and defining a few tool parameters. All key functions of Cress can be controlled from the Chive diagram editor. Cress is written using portable and widely used languages (Perl and Java). It can be extended by a developer for other kinds of services that can be characterised by activity flows.

A flatfile-based metadata repository and integration with common build tools (make, ant, others). A code generation framework is included and is useful to conditionally generate code objects based on the deployment environment. Metadata+deploy = :)

PM2HTML takes PageMaker files and makes a cohesive newspaper website. It comprises a PMScript that exports all stories to a directory of tagged txts, and a python program to act as a converter to turn those tagged text files into HTML, a parser to guess

Automated Class & Method Builder for Perl. This module solves the problem of having to write a bazillion methods that are all the same. Standard data-manipulation methods are created automatically based on user-supplied information.

Dia2SQL is a Perl script to convert UML objects in DIA ( see http://www.lysator.liu.se/~alla/dia/ for more info on DIA ). Currently, it processes Dia documents exported as Encapsulated PostScript ( EPS ).
