...That is, it was written so that it would be portable so you can change platforms or compilers with ease. Currently it can be used on either the Windows or Linux platforms. Also, Unicoder can insert compiler specific commands that perform useful task such as clearing the console display or turn on bold and underline or change text font and background colors. And it provides a rudimentary way to draw on the display. Currently, Unicoder supports Ubuntu-Linux GCC and on Windows it can be used with these IDEs and compilers: MS Visual Studio 2017&2019, Code::Blocks, Pelles C, Embarcadero Dev-C++, Open Watcom, MSYS, MSYS2, Cygwin and with MinGW, Clang, LCC and Digital Mars C (but Digital Mars does not support Unicode!) -

This software is the result of my PhD at the University of Chile and the participation at TRECVID Content-Based Copy Detection (CCD) evaluation task 2010 and 2011. Simple, lightweight, standalone command-line single file encryption.
...However, its usage on Windows PCs may be inconvenient (installation administrator rights; large executable size for perhaps just a one-time file decryption, complicated command-line switches for stronger encryption). NCrypt would fulfill this task, but does not operate on 64-bit Windows - MLCrypt was created because of this. The program's primary aim is cascade encryption: create an encrypted outer layer over an existing compressed and encrypted archive file. (Each encryption layer should have a different complex password.) MLCrypt.zip contains all the executables: Linux, Windows, Raspberry Pi. -

However, the method provided by the conventional touch utility appears inadequate for this basic task. More than that, easily modifying a file's change time is not possible at all. Stroke is a small tool that offers a solution by providing a user with an extended command line interface that allows her to utilize an easy syntax to dynamically specify certain date and time components to be altered. All in all stroke can be seen as a potent alternative to touch that leaves a user with more options.">
