MP3Gain analyzes and losslessly adjusts mp3 files to a specified target volume. It does not simply do peak amplitude normalization. Instead, it performs statistical analysis to determine how loud the file actually sounds to the human ear.

A soundboard that supports almost all MP3s and WAVs. Sounds can be triggered with custom keyboard hot-keys and played through up to 2 outputs. i.e. Your speakers and a virtual audio cable. This kangaroo-themed program allows the user to create their own music and sound effects, effectively from scratch. There are two variants of the program: Kangas Sound Editor which requires MySQL for its database, and Kangas Sound Editor QI which does not (it uses an internal database - HSQLDB - instead).
