PHP Server Monitor is a script that checks whether your websites and servers are up and running. It comes with a web based user interface where you can manage your services and websites, and you can manage users for each server with a mobile number and email address. For services a connection will be made to the entered ip or domain, on the given port. This way you can check if certain services on your machine are still running. To check your IMAP service for example, enter port 143. For websites you can enter a link and it will check the HTTP status code. If the HTTP status code is in the 4xx range or a timeout, it means an error occurred and the tool will start sending out notifications. You can also set a regular expression to match for content on the page itself. Each server has its own settings regarding notification. FlowViewer provides a convenient web-based user interface to Mark Fullmer’s flow-tools suite and CMU's netflow data capture/analyzer, SiLK. The inclusion of the underlying SiLK tool set enables FlowViewer users to continue to use the tool with the newer IPFIX netflow data protocol, which includes support for IPv6 and Cisco's v9 and FNF netflow. FlowViewer has been developed for NASA’s Earth Sciences Data and Information System (ESDIS) networks, and credit goes to NASA for their usual outstanding support of innovation. The FlowViewer tools provide additional graphing and tracking features by utilizing open source software including Thomas Boutrell’s gd, Lincoln Stein's GD, Martien Verbruggen's GD::Graph, and Tobias Oetiker’s RRDtool. FlowViewer v4.6 fixes non-UTC local time environments for FlowViewer and FlowGrapher, and $no_devices_or_exporters FlowMonitor_Collector problem. **Note: SiLK must be v3.8.0 or later. tcpick is a textmode sniffer; it tracks tcp streams, shows the status, reassembles and saves the data captured in files or displays them in the terminal in different modes (ascii, hex..). There is a color-mode. Useful to get files passively.

Daemonlogger is a packet logger and soft tap developed by Martin Roesch. The libpcap-based program has two runtime modes: 1. It sniffs packets and spools them straight to the disk and can daemonize itself for background packet logging. By default the file rolls over when 2 GB of data is logged. 2. It sniffs packets and rewrites them to a second interface, essentially acting as a soft tap. It can also do this in daemon mode. These two runtime modes are mutually exclusive, if the program is placed in tap mode (using the -I switch) then logging to disk is disabled. Make SURE you read the included COPYING file so that you understand how this file is licensed by Sourcefire, even though it's under the GPL v2 there are some clarifications that we have made regarding the licensing of this program.
