R3BL YOUTH Kay Praag: born in Frankfurt, one of the cities that had a strong influence on electronic music in the 90s. During these times, Kay started his journey together with Uwe Wagenknecht (DJ Wag / Yakooza). Kay was releases between 1990 and 1999 under project names such as Warp 69, Basic Gravity, Rebel Youth, Goya, Intensity of sound on labels such as Logic Records, Now!, Ongaku, Superstition. During that time, Kay worked with Jorn Elling Wuttke and Roman Flugel (Acid Jesus, Alter Ego). The biggest hits were Rebel Youth - What is Soul? and Basic Gravity-Rajah. The new project "R3BL YOUTH" ties back to this glorious time.
