Modes About Me is a genre-defying trio from Niagara Falls, New York, known for blending alternative rock, pop, hip hop, and acoustic elements into a cohesive, emotionally charged sound. The project began as a solo creative outlet for Mark, who started writing and producing music that didn’t fit neatly into one category. What started as a personal side project soon grew into something bigger when he recruited his childhood friends, Dave and Miller, both long-time musicians who shared his passion for experimentation and emotional honesty. Together, the trio shaped a sound that thrives on contrast — heavy yet melodic, structured yet fluid, vulnerable yet powerful. Their music draws inspiration from the energy of Niagara Falls and the emotions of modern life, exploring themes of self-discovery, mental health, love, and resilience.
