@classicalglass-1: You make a compelling point Philip. How often have we heard famous masterpieces, performed with impeccable technical ability, which nonetheless lack that sense of 'wabi sabi' as one might say in Japanese (or Rubato, in classical romantic terms) which gives such pieces their real power and beauty. I embrace both sides of the argument, without feeling the least sense of contradiction, because when you encounter a paradox, this is merely a nudge given you by the Universe, to let you know you are on the right track :)

@man-drax-222645532: What I am trying to say Philip, is that I struggle every day, with quality concerns. I repeatedly ask my wife Helen the question... 'is this to standard?' without claiming to know or understand what this so called 'standard' is supposed to be.
