Lola Demo is a force to be reckoned with. Her music is a raw, unfiltered dive into the heart of alternative soundscapes. She has previously fronted the goth band Ape the Cry (Melb AUS), rocked out with the alt-rock band Hard Candy (Melb AUS), and explored dark electronica with British musician/producer Barry Snaith in their duo, M1NK. Now splitting her creative energy between Athens, Greece, and the idyllic island of Ithaca, Lola Demo writes and records in her mobile studio, Strudel Girl. Her commitment to her craft is unwavering, aiming to release a new album or EP at least once a year. Her music marries grungy garage grit with hauntingly beautiful melodies, crafting songs that are as biting as they are melancholic.
