Isac Cole and The Sequential

Isac Cole is a guitar-obsessed musician + visual artist. Isac was first inspired to pick up a guitar at 11-years-old after hearing Prince’s ‘Batdance’. His passion for writing, performing and recording became further engraved throughout his teenage years, obsessively listening to the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, David Bowie and the Smashing Pumpkins. All the while learning how to play every instrument he could get his hands on, including the Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums and Keyboards. Isac continued to develop his creative expression by studying visual art and a music degree, before heading off around Australia, the USA and UK as a touring guitarist and band member in The Follow. After the highlights of sharing a bill with some of his favourite artists including Nine Inch Nails + Sonic Youth, Isac stripped it all back in 2008 to focus on his solo material. Isac performed + produced his debut solo record 'Love or Nothing' (available on itunes) and toured the release with a full band and occassional stripped back solo acoustic shows. After the successful solo release, Isac fused his music and art together in a series of multimedia micro clips encapsulating his love of paint, film and sound scapes. Isac is currently preparing for his full length album release RECHARGE/THE LIGHT with his band The Sequential, integrated with a visual art experience in 2019.
