My Name is Courtney Taylor-Preville, best known as Cee Reality. I’m a young rapper from Ilford Essex. I was born on the 13th December 1995 and grew up in Forest Gate, East London. I Started rapping when I started in secondary school. I love Grime music and the whole UK Rap scene. I grew up listening to a lot of music from people like Wiley, Skepta, Kano, Dizzie Rascal, Newham Generals and many others. I knew I was different because I also loved other sounds like RnB, Soul, Jazz, Country, Dubstep, Jungle, Reggae, Bashment, Garage, Rock and Pop. I was seen to be weird for liking those genres but I didn't mind. I never recording anything in the fear that I would be mocked or just disregarded but after facing some hard times such as, death of friends and family, bullying and almost being wrapped into gang life, I felt now was a better time than any to put some music out. The name Cee Reality comes from the type of music I hope to display. I know that everybody's reality is different but I hope to relate and maybe help change parts of peoples reality for the better. I try not only to put words on a beat but to also connect with the hard workers, the undervalued talents, the 'normal' guy. The Cee is just shorten from Courtney.
