This carries a lot of emotional weight as it progresses. However, I think it could really use more variation in the harmonic progression. Building on existing ideas is an excellent musical technique, but by the end of the song the Gmin-Dmin-FMaj-Ebmaj progression feels like it's dragging on, even when transposing it to Bbmin. I'm definitely down with the change in feel at 2:29, but it could be a little less sudden. It's like dropping a rhinoceros into a petting zoo, and it's a really awesome rhinoceros but I can't help but wonder who put it there and why. Overall, great song!

I like it well enough, but it lacks a little "oomph" if you know what I mean. A lot of the synths seem to be around the middle and high register, and that makes them have a rather chalky tone.

Pretty impressive, this one. It honestly sounds like you're using an entirely different program and set of MIDI instruments than your other stuff.

I took a leaf or two out of the Game of Thrones intro theme's book here.
