CATHERINE OGIE Hi!! Here's my latest recording, a very old tune written many years ago by Rory Dall O'Cahan, he may have been an Irish harper and composer. He is said to have been born circa 1580 in County Antrim and to have died circa 1653 at Eglinton Castle. Unlike the vast number of travelling musicians, Ó Catháin was a gentleman by birth and he traveled into Scotland attended by the retinue of a rich gentle man. ENJOY MY UILLEANN PIPES!!! Love these UILLEAN Pipes ... Again I wonder how they are related to Bag Pipes... or if they are related at all. Definitely sounds like it... although your pipes seem lighter.
