Aaliyah was born and raised in Newark, NJ were she grow up singing and dancing with her cousins for fun. Then one evening her aunt Pancake came in the room and heard them singing and said they should start a group like Destiny's Child. And from then on Aaliyah believe that she would be a music creator and star. But years of pain and loss took her off track, when coming from the hard ghetto. Now 10 years later, She's living in Miami, FL creating her dreams and bring her life stories to music. (Aaliyah's Motto) I pray everyone can be healed and learn from my music.
