5th Element was formed at Ball State University in 1997. The members of the group include, Ternae Jordan Jr., Abruce Gregory, Kenney Garmon, Otis Garmon & Willie Bailey. 5th Element found stardom winning the Star Quest Talent Show in the Indianapolis Black Expo in 1998. 5th Element initially sang R&B and Soul music but was most known as a Contemporary/Modern Gospel group. The group went on to become national recorded and toured the country in the late 90s and early 00s.
