This might sting.
But a lot of believers aren’t grieving what God took.
They’re grieving what they assumed He owed. The timeline.
The intact marriage.
The obedient child.
The painless obedience. We made quiet contracts with God we never admitted out loud.
And when life interrupts them, we call it betrayal. But Scripture never promised immunity from disappointment.
It promised transformation through it. If this hit somewhere uncomfortable,
that’s not condemnation.
