I'm very much enjoying this along with Azu's other collab EP with Al Wootten on Livity Sound, deep, dark, cinematic, slow-building tracks with dub sensibilities, highly recommended! timesnewpaulie
My favorite albums of 2024, #13.
Shackleton is such a good pairing with Holy Tongue, he adds a much-needed warmth to the post-punk trio's usual aloof chilliness. There's some of that still, but it's buoyed with jazz and world music to make an intoxicating whole. Levrikon
