Arguably the best episode of Superman: The Animated Series, "The Late Mr. Kent" debuted this day (Nov. 1) in 1997. Brilliantly written and gorgeously animated, Clark Kent's work to clear a condemned man gets tangled when he's presumed killed in an accident.
