Rice Cooker Oyakodon 2 servings Ingredients: - 1 cup rice + the regular amount of water you normally use for your rice - 1 lb chicken thigh, diced - 1/4 yellow onion, thinly sliced - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 teaspoon hondashi - 1 teaspoon mirin - Pinch of sugar - 2-3 eggs - Green onions and sesame seeds for garnishing Instructions: 1. Wash your rice, and add to your rice cooker with water. 2. To a bowl, add your soy sauce, hondashi, mirin, and sugar. Mix to combine. 3. Add your diced chicken and thinly sliced onions and toss to coat in the sauce. 4. Put onion & chicken mixture directly over the rice in the rice cooker, being sure to pour over any of the remaining sauce. Set aside the bowl to use next step. 5.
