3 tomatoes Olive oil Salt & pepper Bread of choice! Garlic Prosciutto Parsley and basil Shave down tomatoes to a foamy liquid and set over a fine mesh sieve to drain. Keep the skins to use in something else! Once drained add a few tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper. (Or any other spices you’d like) Toast your bread and rub with a garlic clove. Top with tomato sauce, some prosciutto is optional, and some herbs! Drizzle with oil and top with finishing salt.
