Sorry, I'm sure you wont see this but are you ever planning to make macOS versions for the magical girl series?

Hi. I'm afraid it's highly unlikely at this point. I don't have a Mac nowadays, and can't really justify the cost (and time involved).

Sorry! Hopefully you can find a way to play.

I was just thinking about asking about a Linux port, but if yours not doing a MacOS port, you're probably not doing a Linux one. ^^

Which is fine.  We're a tiny minority, (though its seen a higher growth rate in the past year among individuals than it has in decades.  (Thanks Microsoft!)

So whenever I get around to it, I'll report how the game works via Proton.  (If you or anyone else reading this doesn't know what Proton is, it is Steam's method of getting windows games to work on the SteamDeck.  Subsequently, it works for most versions of Linux to some degree.)

Thanks! I've heard of my previous games (and other GameMaker engine games) running without issue on Steamdeck, so I'm hopeful.

The three characters have unique strengths and weaknesses, and it is super fun to play with them.

At first, I think the portal area is the end of the demo, so I hang out there for a while during my free time, gathering experience points and just messing around.

But I do not realize there is a boss further in—how foolish of me!

The three bosses have such creative attack styles, and the battles feel really exciting!

It is during the boss fights that the difference in power between light and heavy attacks finally feels clear.

Bea's (right?) kick does not do much damage, but during the zombie fight, I can use it while dashing, so dodging the shopping cart enemies vertically and then landing a group kick feels strong and super useful, meow~! (=ↀωↀ=)

Thanks so much for playing! And thanks for the video.

OK I legit regret upping the difficulty ...

You can backtrack to adjust it if needed. Gates will stay open in rooms you've already cleared.
