We personalize ads about our partners’ products and services using data like your account, device, demographic, trip, order, Uber search and approximate location information.
We also use data to make inferences about you, like your age range, family status, or gender. You can correct your gender in the Uber app by navigating to Account > Settings > Privacy > Gender Settings. You can request access to, object to, and correct other inferences Uber makes about you via our Privacy Inquiry Form here.
You may opt out of ad personalization using the setting below. If you opt out, we will show you ads from our partners that are only personalized based on your approximate location, time of day, and current order information. These ads may be less relevant to you.
This setting does not impact your device-level privacy choices, including your iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) opt-out status.
