This was the app I've been looking for. I have been able to get a good workout while in my house. I also don't feel like a fool doing the exercises. It also makes it clear how to do the exercise and I like how it tells you the exercise and time. Goes to each exercise. It would be nice if the audio text to speech sounded less robotic, it would also be cool and nice if it could connect to Google fit. It save and export the data with more ways then giving it access to my Google drive.

Nice interface, weird programs. I really like its look-n-feel, but the programs I tried (like morning wakeup) contain exercises of deeply different complexity. Like after 8 pushups it leads you to wall sit 40 secs, which is advanced. And then it asks you to do 39 shoulder gators, which is useless and really easy. Why 39? Why can't we shuffle exercises for the same level adding something different to work with muscles? The rhythm of the exercises is weird too. Run or wait... You can't predict.

This app is the best. It's changed me completely. I'm use it everyday and it can managed easily. My only problem is I wish there were a function that I could import music into app so that it play as I workout. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to start working out.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ«‘🫑
