I can understand non skippable ads, but I can't even choose the song that's playing on free account. I can play or pause a playlist and that's it. Apparently I can skip to next song but there's a max per hour. edit: just spent 30 minutes listening to ads and recommendations, no actual songs from the playlist. it's like being forced to Premium, so, no!

Edit: Back then the app let you have full range to what you listen to without shuffle, it was amazing and I'd always listen to music on this app almost all the time. They let us play a few playlists without shuffle, now we can't. I wouldn't mind if they made us watch a bit more ads, I'd just like that free range of control I had back then. It WAS an amazing app to back then. I'm just upset with how it changed. I think I'll just stick with Pandora from now on, they never treated me like this.😔

I hate the new update as a free user. I miss when I could click on the song and get a quick preview, and oh my, there are a lot of ads. It says 30-minute break without ads, but I get 4 ads 3 to 2 songs later. That problem has just been increasing throughout my use of this app. it says shuffle, but they only songs I've been hearing are from a show, a movie series, or a game, and I can only click on songs in those categories to play. and I have 1k+ songs. and the next day, it repeats this...
