1st time using it, very bad experience.Had to start over my booking several times, complicated process to book a flight and pay it. At the page where I enter my bank card details, app crashed and I had to re-do it 3 times, I was afraid of making 3 consecutive payments for 1 booking. I click pay now and nothing happens, message appears that error occurred and I have to start over. Can't believe RyanAir have such a dumb and slow application

Document scan error, sure. What's the reason? Scanned passport with some trial and error (not robust) then struggled with the same error on visa scanning page. Had to start over. Couldn't you remember that I scanned my passport already? Convoluted bag selection UI, felt as though it was forcing me to buy unnecessary things. Had to tap the continue button after doing back and forth to finally escape the trap.

Easily one of the most annoying check in processes I've ever experienced. Try doing it on the website, gets forced to use the app to finish it, why even let me do it online then if you're going to make me do it all over again?? And then you need NFC so I couldn't use my burner phone for this data selling app, so I got to do it a 3rd time. All for me to get split up with who im flying with even when there were multiple double seats available.
