When I click on anything in the app the screen goes completely black. I have done a force stop and also uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I even went as far as to restart our router and my phone. There is a limited time on some of the monthly events (that I actually paid for) and I am unable to do anything in the game. I am really frustrated because other family members in the house are not having any issues and one of them has the same phone as me.

Overall I really enjoy the game. It is a good way to learn more about pokemon and how to fight with them as well. While I do really enjoy the game, there are a few reasons why I gave it 4 stars. Due to word limit, it will have to be brief. - Randomly freezes as you catch pokemon - some raid pokemon are insanely hard to catch and seems like they want you to buy passes to catch them. - Storage space is easy to fill. To get more (choosing to buy) the amount you get is so small.

The latest updates are so incredibly frustrating that I'm considering uninstalling. They introduced a "Reward Road" to give player items when you make certain purchases, but the Niantic website no longer has the page to redeem rewards and you can't do it in-app. I transferred Volcanion to Home and now I permanently can't complete research tasks. Oh, and on top of that, the AI support chat does not work at all! There's no way to report the issues with the AI.
