Agree with all other users expressing dissapointment of the recent app design update and product showcase photos. The previous design was easy to navigate and straight forward in its approach. This new one has been frustrating and gives me the urge to leave the app. The photos don't help in seeing how the product really looks nor give tasteful (not runway) outfit ideas. The models are too fashiony and won't allow the clothes to be shown in a more "this is how it really looks" way.

Do not buy any non-H&M items! Especially do not buy any rugs!!! If you have to return something like a rug they totally scam you and don't refund you. I lost 150 Euros and I called 6 times and submitted a complaint online 4 times and even with Klarna and did not get my money back. They scam you out of your money and lie to you about having to "contact the third party seller" every time you call even though they said that last time. My order was in December and still no money back in March.

The app keeps taking you back to the beginning every time you scroll down and check an item. When you go back, it sends you to the top instead of returning you to where you were in the list. This makes it very frustrating and wastes a lot of time because you have to scroll through items you’ve already seen again. Please fix this bug. Also, I really preferred the older design of the app. The new layout is more annoying to use and makes it harder to find items compared to before.
