HeyMelody is the software for firmware upgrade and function setting of OnePlus wireless headsets, as well as OPPO wireless headsets.
You can quickly view battery levels of your left and right earbuds, modify the headset operation and headset firmware upgrade. Pairing your earbuds with your phone is a snap with Hey Melody.
Notes:

Headphones have been ok until recently so I don't know if I'd missed an update, but either way the buds pro 3 keep cutting out, I've checked with the app and my OnePlus phone but it's very noticeable when you put your head forward (when bending down)... very annoying!! I can't find a way to rectify it despite the uninstall and restart process ... 😕

After updating sounds, functions aren't working normally it's abnormal and gets sticks in between music after turning on & off, some weird sounds come music all of sudden gets stopped latest updates are very pathetic and battery is draining continuously need to charge two times in a day. Also while increasing volume functions aren't working. App controls aren't accurate at all

It is disappointing that the App doesn't work on OnePlus phones. Every time I have to go to the settings to access Earbuds features. This app should work on OnePlus phones or OnePlus should make their own dedicated App for their buds. BBK should work on harmonizing their software experience.
