You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

This has already happened twice. I ordered pizza via Go-Food (from different places btw), then the app said it's being processed. I waited for over an hour just for it to suddenly be canceled because they couldn't find a driver. I noticed that both times it happened, I used a quite big discount for the order, and when they offered to re-order, the promo was gone. Like, seriously, if you don't want to give us that much discount, then don't put it there. No need to waste our time like this.

The GPS live location tracking is extremely unreliable, leading to highly inaccurate pickup locations, particularly at Bedok Mall and Bedok Residences. This system failure has repeatedly caused significant delays and late arrivals. For example, on a recent trip, after waiting nine minutes, the driver's location was erratic, and the estimated wait time suddenly doubled. I am very disappointed with this service and these recurring GPS errors.going to uninstall it, not going to use anymore.
