You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

Please add a feature to set a default drop-off location. When I order food from my house, sometimes the app randomly sets the drop-off location to somewhere far away. This has happened to me three times, even though I didn’t change my drop-off location (my house) and I hadn’t gone anywhere. as a result i have to just give the food to the driver and still pay for the food i didn't even receive.

the "call" feature doesn't work well because the drivers can't hear me when i'm talking. to make it much worse, it always causes bugs on my phone everytime the drivers made a call, so i need to restart my phone just to "fix" the bugs. but it's getting even more annoying bcs i just found out this morning that my alarm couldn't work bcs apparently my phone is "in the middle of a call," and yesterday i didnt even make any call except receiving one through this gojek app.
