Superb journalism and content, but as many have said, the app is abysmal. Slow to load, often doesn't update the content, usually laggy and unresponsive to clicks. Does unpredictable things, like jumping from point to point in an article and not allowing smooth scrolling. I tried to report all this but just received the usual "uninstall and reinstall, clear cache, etc." BS in reply. Given the multiple reviews about the same issues, it's obviously not the solution and they should know that.

Please add the ability to click into the article from the Audio. I might be stupid and it's already there, if so add the link the article title. The second thing is the search is kind of bad, and if I search something in the article, the more from section is included which is circular and does not need to be searched. Lastly I really would like a read later button or being able to make sets of collections to organize my bookmarks. I bookmark a lot of articles and it is pretty disorganized.

I like to listen to the Economist, but the audio performance is dreadful. Tracks are listened to and then marked as not listened to randomly. It's really slow. It's really hard work and costs a fortune. As a reader for over 50 years, I'm appalled how bad the audio service is. Also the weekly download doesn't work. The new version insists on replaying articles I've already heard. The readers need to learn to speak English, the pronouncing of numbers is atrocious. Incompatible with AndroidAuto.
