I have been using this app to shop for my daily needs for 4 years. Over the past few months, the service has been getting worse. Twice, my orders were not delivered for more than 5 hours. In one case, the order was eventually delivered but only 2 out of dozens of items arrived, and I was asked to refund the rest. The refund was issued to Astro balance instead of being returned to my bank account. Astro also offered to cancel the order after I complained about the long delivery time.

At 3.30am in the morning, internet is fastest because of general low traffic but I keep getting a blank screen. The app is very very slow, it's just not workable to spend groceries. Now, i don't even have the chance to know what Astro does

Your app is asking for login everytime I open it. Despite me being logged in when I go to Profile tab. Already happening for a month and not patched.
