I don't trust this app. the report and alerts feature is great, so let's get that out of the way. My problem is with the route algorithm. Quite often when I select a destination, it will make me take routes that are 15 minutes slower or more. It also wanted me to take an extra highway, I chose my habitual path and suddenly I was arriving 10 minutes earlier and not paying extra cash for the highway. I mostly use it for alerts on routes I know.

Omgggg literally an accident blocking all lanes for up to that point, an hour (cars are turning around) and Waze insists on rerouting every route to the accident. I'm putting up closures and it just finds more convoluted routes back to the accident. I know there's another way and want to see the time difference (and Waze knows I go that way too) but Waze refuses to acknowledge it. Restart, clear cache, nothing. It's so bizarre and frustrating!

"Stay on top" doesn't work on any of our Galaxy phones. Also, every day, it tries to send me thru a path that takes longer to my destination (it verifies it because when I refuse to take that path, the time goes down) AND is more side roads. This has been happening for years on and off, but I'm surprised at how consistently it's been doing this with my new morning commute.
