Very bad platform. Always having issues booking loads. You show up to pick up a load it's not ready or its gone. Uber Freight cancellation rate is the highest comparing to other brokers. However, if you have an issue that is out of your control (Like blown tire or mechanical problem) they are the first to punish you by dropping your scorecard point you have been working on all these years. Something wrong and surely needs to be fixed !!!

I like the simplicity of booking. have really had no issues however the app has removed the ability to set location tracking to "all the time" as requested for detention purposes. the only options now are "only while using app", "ask every time", and "never".

I enjoy working with Uber Freight because of how easy it is to book loads and the ability to schedule them days in advance. The 24/7 support is a major plus, and the no-fee QuickPay is a great benefit for carriers. I also appreciate the level of detail provided before booking a load—it really helps in making informed decisions. While no freight brokerage is perfect, Uber Freight stands out by consistently showing that they’re committed to improving the carrier experience.
