Unable to login from password or sms. Can login to the website with password. I get the SMS code on phone but nothing happens after and no place to enter the code. Useless login methods. Update, this isnt a customer support issue. I'm a software engineer and know how to troubleshoot. Your app is broken. Add it to your ticket system to resolve. This is your notice to fix. Don't be lazy devs and ask me to notify someone else.

Hands down my favorite phone compan6y. Good prices, good features for the price and a signal strength that blows me away. I am shocked more people don't use Tello! P.S. my previous review of this application was negative but I solved the problem and discovered what I was doing wrong so please disreguard that.

Used to be good. Now even Unlimited data package cuts off my Voice phone access on a daily basis, and random text message delays. This year it has cut off access to phone once when I needed to reach my child's school, once when on the road needing to call a family member, and again today while on the phone with family. Rebuild of phone didn't fix phone calling access losses, but did fix a sudden spamming of a group text with likes and unlikes. Time to go :-/
