Abstract

The invention relates to a device for capturing, collecting and preserving human DNA from epithelial cells of fingerprints, palm prints, or footprints. The invention also relates to a non-invasive method for providing filial identities and genetic disorders using a device with an adhesive sheet that does not change over time and is easy to preserve.

El dispositivo para la captura, conservación y extracción de células epiteliales del cual obtenemos ADN de buena calidad para realizar estudios posteriores con utilidad identificatoria y diagnostica la calidad del ADN obtenido y purificado. Permite su amplificación por el método de PCR.
