Abstract

　医療装置であるトロッカー２０は、生検鉗子４０を被検体内に導出させるための突出開口を備える挿通孔２２ａと、挿通孔２２ａの突出開口を閉塞する蓋体２４と、挿通孔２２ａに生検鉗子４０を格納した状態で、蓋体２４近傍に配置された生検部４１を極低温に冷却する冷却シート２３とを具備して、生体内組織の種々血行動態下における形態学的変化を保持して生体組織の採取を容易に行える。
