  • This invention relates to a joint for construction elements in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, civil engineering, as well as in building generally. More specifically, this invention relates to a space joint for rods joining primarily in grid structure's nodes.

Separation of the joint is enabled by the action of increased forces on the rods, and in case of a more strengthened joint by corresponding chemical. b) Tightening (fixing) of the rods 6.1 - 6.3, after they have been temporarily tightened, is performed by welding through the space diagonal hole. Separation of the joint is enabled by partial drilling of a weld through the space diagonal hole, so that the rods and the body 2 are partially damaged.
  • Sticking can be realized in several phases, for example firstly rods parts are stuck in panel constructions in body or at joint body (force is obtained by means of tightening and/or blocking subsystems), and after temporarily complex space modules, sticking among tightening and/or blocking bodies and rods is performed.
  • a disadvantage of such way of additional fastening of the space joint is in harder separable joint, causes bigger damage of joint parts with forced separating. If it deals only with welding in space diagonal hole, damage appears at the very hole and rod parts in way of weld.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un assemblage tridimensionnel avec serrage central (1) par tiges intérieures (1.1 à 1.3), qui comprend un corps (2) (en position 2a ou 2b), un corps de serrage (3.1a ou 3.1b respectivement; ou 3.2; ou 3.3 ou une position similaire), une vis (4.1), une rondelle (4.4.1.1), un corps additionnel (4.3.1), une rondelle (4.4.1.2), une rondelle (4.4.2.2), un corps additionnel (4.3.2), une rondelle (4.4.2.1), une fixation (4.2.1) et un écrou (4.5). La configuration générale du corps (2) de l'assemblage est décrite dans le brevet P 950575 A: le corps (2) de l'assemblage (en position 2a ou 2b) est coupé en deux plans qui sont perpendiculaires à une diagonale tridimensionnelle du corps (2) (en position 2a ou 2b) de l'assemblage, qui passe à travers deux points supérieurs du corps de l'assemblage équidistants à ces deux plans, de sorte qu'il existe autour de la diagonale tridimensionnelle un trou qui traverse en diagonale tout le corps de l'assemblage. Ainsi, la surface du trou de la diagonale tridimensionnelle entrecroise partiellement les surfaces des trous latéraux. Une pièce rapportée (3) de serrage est utilisée pour que les tiges (1) (en position 1.1 à 1.3) serrent le corps (2) (en position 2a ou 2b) de l'assemblage de l'intérieur en appliquant une force de serrage: a) lorsque le corps de serrage (3) est en fonctionnement (en position 3.1a et 3.1b respectivement; ou en position 3.2; ou 3.3 ou une position similaire), à l'aide d'une vis (4.1), d'une rondelle (4.4.1.1), d'un corps additionnel (4.3.1), d'une rondelle (4.4.1.2), d'une rondelle (4.4.1.1), d'un corps additionnel (4.3.2), d'une rondelle (4.4.2.1), d'une fixation (4.2.1) et d'un écrou (4.5), afin de garantir sur un côté du système de serrage une entrée libre pour tous les éléments dans le trou du corps de l'assemblage, alors que de l'autre côté une rondelle correspondante (4.4) (4.4.1.1; 4.4.1.2; 4.4.2.1 ou 4.4.2.2) sert de support au corps de l'assemblage; b) dans le même cas qu'en a), de sorte que le trou de la diagonale tridimensionnelle est dirigé vers l'un des points supérieurs de la diagonale dont une section transversale est plus petite, et en principe adapté à la taille de la vis (4.1); c) dans le même cas qu'en b), de sorte que le trou de la diagonale de section transversale plus petite est conçu pour y visser la vis (4.1), de façon que pour serrer cette vis (4.1), la fixation (4.2.1), la rondelle (4.4.1.1), le corps additionnel (4.3.29) et la rondelle (4.4.2.2) puissent être utilisés.
