- This frame is formed by plates, or non-deformable bars in situ, fixed firmly to the spine by screws or hooks.
- these screws include a threaded rod intended to be pressed into a vertebra, and an extraosseous head tulipated and split to the diameter of said bar.

- the object of the invention is to overcome the shifting of the connecting bars on the means for fixing to the vertebrae.
- the invention consists in providing the junction bar, at defined intervals, with bulges of diameter greater than that of said bar, such as biconvex lens (1 ') or washer (1) which will be recessed at the 'interior of the tulip head fixing means and will prohibit any shifting.
