Be it known that I, John R. Morgan, a citizen of the Republic of Guatemala, residing in Oak Park, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Luggage Carrier and Cont ainer for a Bicycle or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a combined luggage carrier and container for a bicycle or the like embodying my new design.
Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the same.
Fig. 3 is a front elevational View thereof.
Fig. 4 is a rear elevational view of the carrier element.
