Be it known that I, Dwight J. Baum, a citizen of the United States and a resident of New York, in the county of Bronx and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Mantel or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a front elevation of a mantel or similar article showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevational View of the same.

Figure 3 is an enlarged vertical sectional view thereof taken on the line 3-3 of Figure 1; and

Figure 4 is an enlarged horizontal sectional view taken on the line 44 of Figure 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a mantel or similar article substantially as shown.
