Be it known that I, David P. Litwin, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hat or the like, of which the iollowing is a speoication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a iront perspective View of a hat, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof as it appears in attened position;

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view; and

Fig. 4 is a sectional View thereof taken on line 4--4 of Fig. 2.
