Abstract
The object of the present invention is to provide high quality of an unit body for forming a foundation of a house, the foundation forming operation of which can be carried out within a short period without being disturbed by the climates or the temperatures, as well as with extremely precision even by highly limited number of workers who do not have high level of experienced technology, and further, the present invention can also provide the unit body, which can reduce the construction costs including the transporting costs as well as can provide a highly qualified foundation of a house having anti-earth quake characteristic and high durability thereof.
The present invention is a carryable unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house which comprising a first and a second wall like plate members 2, 3, both of which mutually being oppositely arranged in parallelism with each other, a main lateral reinforcing rod 7, arranged between the first and the second wall like plate members, in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wall like plate members, a plurality of the main vertical reinforcing rods 8, being arranged between the first and the second wall like plate members, in a direction being parallel to the vertical direction of the wall like plate member, and being connected to the reinforcing rod 7, and further, each one of the first and second wall like plate members is provided with at least one grooved portion 10 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction L of the wall like plate member, the grooved portion of which having a concaved configuration.
Description
- The present invention relates to a carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house, a foundation of a house and a method for forming a complete foundation of a house,
- Conventionally, as a general method adopted for forming such foundation of a house, the following method, for example, has been used heretofore; such as for a part of an external peripheral foundation of a house in the completed foundation of the house, a pit excavation which is a groove having a predetermined depth from a surface of the earth , predetermined width and predetermined longitudinal length is excavated, first, and then the broken stones are arranged on a bottom surface of said pit excavation so as to complete a base for the foundation, thereafter the leveling concrete is fed on a surface of the broken stones followed by setting a predetermined molding having a configuration being either one of a continuous footing formation and a mat foundation formation over the surface of this leveling concrete and further the necessary reinforcing rods are assembled inside of the molding, while for a part of internal foundation of a house which is formed inside of the external peripheral foundation of a house and used for each one of the compartments, the leveling concrete is supplied at a predetermined portion of the surface of the base which is set at a level higher than the surface of the bottom of the pit excavation but lower than the level of the earth, and thereafter, a predetermined molding having either one of the continuous footing formation and the mat foundation formation is set thereon, with assembling the necessary reinforced rods inside the molding so as to complete the a foundation of a house.
- And thereafter, concrete is supplied into the molding and after when the concrete has been cured, the moldings are resolved followed by the moldings are transferred.
- However, in this conventional house foundation forming method, all of the works or the operations performed in each one of the above-mentioned steps are carried out at the house constructing site and accordingly, a lots of number of the workers are needed and further it has been required a lots of times for selecting the moldings and for setting the moldings.
- And further in the conventional method, the operation for cutting and bending the reinforcing rods and the operation for arranging and coupling the reinforcing rods with each other in a précised position inside of the molding also require the precision operations.
- For the sake of these situations, the precision work for these operations are required and at the same time, highly necessity to hire the highly experienced workers exists as well as a long ranged working times and man-powers are required the construction cost for forming the foundation of house has been increased due to the additional problems of the construction term being prolonged or being delayed.
- Further, in the conventional method, after the curing of the concrete has been completed, it is required to resolve over all the molding and to take them out from the construction site and thus this conventional method causes a generation of an industrial dusts and the increment of the further working time including the transferring operation as well as the increment of construction costs.
- On the other hand, in the conventional method, there is a problem in that if when there would exist an incorrect setting operation in setting a position of the anchor bolts for fixing a base beam to the foundation of house, the construction works for forming the foundation for housing, per se should be repeated from the starting point.
- In order to overcome these problems, for example, a technology in that a molding is used as it is for a part of the molding without resolving it after the concrete has been cured is shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-144293 (Patent Document 1) (JPP′ 8-144293) or JPP′ 2002-121748 (Patent Document 2).
- In these prior art references, a pre-formed 2 wall like plate members are oppositely arranged to each other inside a pit excavation in a house constructing site and then concrete is injected into this molding.
- On the other hand, JPP′ 2005-320686 (Patent Document 3) shows a technology in that a plurality of different kinds of reinforcing rods units each having the respective predetermined configuration formed in a factory, previously, and these units are transported into a house constructing site and after these reinforcing rods units has been assembled, the wall like plate members used for the molding are attached to both side surface of the reinforcing rods unit.
- Further, JPP′ 11-81668 (Patent Document 4) shows a technology in that a pair of the wall like plate members and the reinforcing rods to be arranged inside of the wall like plate members are previously assembled to each other with a dissolvable manner in a factory and after it is transported in the house constructing site and concrete has been injected inside this assembly, the wall like plate members are dissolved therefrom.
- However, this prior art reference fails to show or suggest to integrally assemble the wall like plate members and the reinforcing rods and the wall like plate members are used as they are after the concrete has been injected thereinto.
- Further, JPP′ 2002-21093 (Patent Document 5) shows a technology in that a pair of the wall like plate members made of foamed plastic resin and the reinforcing rods to be arranged inside of the wall like plate members are previously assembled to each other in a factory and after it is transported in the house constructing site and concrete has been injected inside this assembly, the wall like plate members made of the foamed plastic resin are not dissolved therefrom so as to be used as they are as a part of the foundation of house.
- However, this prior art reference shows a foundation of house based on the continuous footing and fails to show or suggest a technology in that the reinforcing rods of a vertical portion of the foundation of house are connected to the slab reinforcing rods in a base in order to improve anti earth quake characteristic.

Patent Document 5 JPP′ 2002-21093 - Accordingly, the object of the resent invention is to resolve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method and to provide high quality of a carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house, which is precisely designed and the foundation forming operation of which can be carried out within a short period without being disturbed by the climates or the temperatures, as well as with extremely precision even by highly limited number of workers who do not have high level of experienced technology.
- And further, the present invention can also provide the carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house, which can reduced the construction costs including the transporting costs as well as can provide a highly qualified foundation of a house having anti-earth quake characteristic and high durability thereof.
- In order to overcome the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present invention basically adopts the following technical conception as shown hereunder;
- Note that as the first aspect of the present invention, a carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house is provided and the unit body for forming a foundation of a house comprising, a first wall like plate member and a second wall like plate member, each being made of a hardened material and each having a predetermined longitudinal length, and both mutually being oppositely arranged in parallelism with each other with a predetermined space interposed therebetween; a plurality of spacer members having a predetermined longitudinal length and each being fixedly arranged in an inside space formed between the first and second wall like plate members in a bridge-building manner in order to make the space formed between the first and second wall like plate members at a predetermined value, and which are arranged in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first and second wall like plate members with a predetermined interval; at least one main lateral reinforcing rod, which is arranged in the inside space formed between the first and second wall like plate members in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first and second wall like plate members; a plurality of the main vertical reinforcing rod, which is arranged in the inside space formed between the first and second wall like plate members in a direction being parallel to the vertical direction of the first and second wall like plate members and being adjacently arranged with each other in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first and second wall like plate members and each being fixedly engaged with the main lateral reinforcing rod; and, an engaging members which fixedly engages at least one of the main lateral reinforcing rod and the main vertical reinforcing rod to the spacer member, and further wherein, a free end portion of the main vertical reinforcing rod which is projected below a lower edge portion of the wall like plate member of at least one of the first and second wall like plate members, being bent so that at least one part of the free end portion thereof projected below the lower edge portion of the wall like plate member, is extended outwardly from the lower edge portion of the wall like plate member beyond the wall like plate member with a predetermined angle to the wall like plate member.
- As a second aspect of the present invention, it is provided a foundation of a house which is formed by assembling a plurality of the unit bodies for forming a foundations of a house in optional way.
- Further as a third aspect of the present invention, a method for forming a complete foundation of a house is provided and the method comprising the steps of; producing a group of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house as defined by any one of
claims 1 to 16, each of which having a respective assembling configuration being different from each other and corresponding to the respective portion of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, obtained from the predetermined design information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, in a factory; transferring the plurality of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house produced in the factory to the house constructing site; in the house constructing site, in accordance with the designing information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, arranging each one of the transferred plurality of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house, on a predetermined position, respectively so as to be mutually connected with each other, and wherein the each one of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house is respectively placed on a surface of a leveling concrete form on a leveling ballast arranged on a predetermined surface of a portion of the earth on which the complete foundation of a house is ready to be arranged; combining the connecting end edge portions of each one of the unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house, each being mutually and adjacently arranged with each other, with a coupling member; connecting the main lateral reinforcing rods provided in the first unit body for forming a foundation of a house with that of the second unit body for forming a foundation of a house being adjacently arranged to the first unit body for forming a foundation of a house, with a connecting member; engaging at least a part of a free end portion of a main vertical reinforcing rod used in the unit body for forming a foundation of a house and which is extended externally from a lower edge portion of a wall like plate member with a part of the reinforcing rods forming a slab-like grid of the reinforcing rods which reinforces the base concrete formed inside of the external peripheral portion of the complete foundation of a house; injecting concrete into a space formed inside of the respective unit body for forming a foundation of a house: and curing the concrete. - As the results of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house, the complete foundation of a house and the method for forming a complete foundation of a house, of the present invention, having adopted the above-mentioned respectively technical conception, they can overcome the conventional drawbacks and provide high quality of a carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house, which is precisely designed and the foundation forming operation of which can be carried out within a short period without being disturbed by the climates or the temperatures, as well as with extremely precision even by highly limited number of workers who do not have high level of experienced technology as well as can also provide the carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house, which can reduced the construction costs including the transporting costs as well as can provide a highly qualified foundation of a house having anti-earth quake characteristic and high durability thereof. by utilizing the following steps; such as; the steps of;
- previously producing a plurality of different kinds of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house in a factory, by assembling a pair of the wall like plates each serving as a molding and the reinforcing rods arranged between the pair of the wall like plates so as to be integrally connected with each other, fixedly, in accordance with the predetermined designing information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house,
- transferring the plurality of the carryable unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house produced in the factory to the house constructing site;
- arranging each one of the transferred plurality of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house, on a surface of the leveling concrete formed on a bottom of the pit excavation previously set, or on a surface of the leveling concrete formed on a base surface previously set, in accordance with the predetermined designing information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, with the most least number of workers;
- fixedly connecting each one of the adjacently arranged unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house to each other with mating their respecting leveling with each other; thereafter, injecting concrete into a space formed inside of the respective molding formed by the unit body for forming a foundation of a house; and
- using the wall like plate members forming the moldings, is used as a part of the foundation of a house without removing the wall like plate members from the molding and with being used in an integrated condition with concrete.

unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, a group ofunit bodies 1 are produced in a factory, each unit body for forming a foundation of a house in the group having a respective assembling configuration being different from each other and corresponding to the respective portion of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, obtained from the predetermined design information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, in a factory. - Thereafter, the plurality of
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house thus produced in the factory are transferred to the house constructing site; and then in the house constructing site, in accordance with the designing information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, each one of the transferred plurality ofunit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house are adjacently arranged, on a predetermined position, respectively with each other, so as to be mutually and fixedly connected with each other. - And the lastly, concrete is injected inside space of all of the
respective unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house. - As explained above, each one of the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, shows an assembling unit configuration in which a pair of wall like 2, 3, and a grid like reinforcingplate members rods 15 comprising a mainlateral reinforcing rod 7 and a main vertical reinforcingrod 8, are integrally assembled with each other and thus since the concrete is not provided inside of thisunit body 1, the weight thereof is very light so that it can be carried with only two workers. - Further, each one of the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, is not formed at the house construction site but it is assembled in a factory. - Note that, each one of the
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house having the respective assembling configuration corresponding to the respective portion of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, obtained from the predetermined design information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, in a factory. - Accordingly, in the present invention, the
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house having exact dimension about the unit body therefor, to the dimension as designated in the predetermined design sheet, can be accurately produced effectively and the it is also strongly formed. - Further, since it can be carried with the least number of the workers, construction cost for establishing a house is remarkably reduced with comparing that of the conventional house establishing method and further duration of the foundation for a house is also remarkably improved.
- For the sake of this, in the foundation of a house 100 of the present invention, formed by assembling a plurality of
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house, as shown in Figs. of the present invention, and by injecting concrete into a mold represented by the foundation of a house 100 and by curing the concrete, the wall like 2, 3, the grid like reinforcingplate members rods 15 and the concrete are tightly connected with each other so as to form an integrated body and further, since the wall like 2, 3 are continuously used as a part of the mold of the foundation of a house 100, without removing the wall likeplate members 2, 3 from the mold, it is successfully prevented the concrete from being cracked and being effloresced or degraded.plate members - And accordingly, in the present invention, the strength and the duration of the foundation of the house can be improved comparing with those of the conventional foundation for the house and it is possible the foundation of the house of the present invention can contribute to establish a house duration of which can be 100 years.
- Although, on embodiment of the basic configuration of the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, is, for example, shown inFIG. 1 , each one of theunit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention has the unique respective configuration to theunit body 1 corresponding to the specific portion selected from the foundation of a house 100 as shown inFIG. 3 . - On the other hand, in the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention as shown inFIG. 1 , the pair of the wall like 2, 3 are the plate like members formed with a rectangular configuration having a predetermined longitudinal length L and a predetermined height S and made of a suitable metallic material and, plastic material, as well ass a composite plastic resin including high strengthen material such as carbon fibers or the like or a material composed with the metallic material and the plastic material and these materials is preferably made of a hardened material.plate members - And further, in the present invention, as these hardened material is preferably a steel plate made of a metallic plate with rust generation preventing characteristic or with corrosion resistance characteristic.
- The height and the longitudinal length of the wall like plate is not restricted at a specific value but they must have the height and the longitudinal length which are necessarily required as the respective unit body for forming a foundation of a house, corresponding to the specific portion selected from the foundation of a house 100.
- The basic configuration of the foundation of a house 100 of the present invention, is not restricted to a specific configuration and either one of the continuous footing foundation and the mat foundation can be used but preferably, the mat foundation is used.
- Further, in the unit body1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, the first wall like
plate member 2 and the second wall likeplate member 3 are oppositely arranged in parallelism with each other with a predetermined width W interposed therebetween and both of the wall like 2 and 3 are also arranged in the vertical direction.plates - Specifically, as shown in
FIG. 2( a), the arrangement of the wall like 2, 3 is realized by fixing them with each other utilizing aplate members spacer 6 having a predeterminedlongitudinal length 1 and a width s and a thickness t and made of the hardened material, which is provided between the 4 and 5 of the wall likeback surfaces 2 and 3, respectively with using a suitable securing means such as a fixing means, a welding means, a connecting means, a screw means or a bolt and nut means.plate members - The above-mentioned space W formed between the first and the second wall like
2 and 3, is not restricted to a specific value, but it should be determined based upon the basic design information of the foundation for a house 100.plate members - For example, the space W can be set at 150 mm.
- It is preferable that a plurality of the
spacers 6 are arranged in the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction of the wall like 2, 3 with a suitable space interposed therebetween.plate members - Further, in the unit body1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, the grid like reinforcing
rods 15 is inserted into the space formed between the wall like 2, 3 so as to be arranged in parallelism with the wall like plate members.plate members - The precise configuration and the arrangement configuration of the grid like reinforcing
rods 15, as used in the present invention is also shown inFIG. 8 , for example. - The grid like reinforcing
rods 15 used in the present invention comprises a plurality of the mainlateral reinforcing rods 7 which being arranged in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the first and the second wall like 2 and 3, and also being arranged in parallel with a vertical direction of the wall likeplate members 2 and 3, in a multi-stage configuration, that means they are arranged in a vertical direction with a predetermined space interposed therebetween, and a plurality of the main vertical reinforcingplate members rods 8 which being arranged in parallel with a vertical direction of the first and the second wall like 2 and 3, and also being adjacently arranged in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the first and the second wall likeplate members 2 and 3 with a predetermined space interposed therebetween.plate members - The number and the arrangement space of the main
lateral reinforcing rods 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 consisting of the grid like reinforcingrods 15 are not restricted to the specific values but it should be determined based on the basic design information of the foundation of a house 100. - Further, the main
lateral reinforcing rods 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 which forming the grid like reinforcingrods 15 of the present invention, are arranged to each other so that each of these rods are perpendicularly arranged to each other substantially on the same plane to show a grid-like configuration and each one of the crossing points formed between the respective mainlateral reinforcing rod 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 is secured with each other by utilizing a engagement fixing means 9 having a suitable binding function including a wire stings or the like. - Further, it is prefer that at least one of the main
lateral reinforcing rod 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrod 8, is fixedly connected and secured to at least a portion of thespacer 6 by utilizing a engagement fixing means 9′ having a suitable binding function including a wire stings or the like. - In a case may be, it is also prefer that both of the main
lateral reinforcing rod 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrod 8, are fixedly connected and secured to at least a portion of thespacer 6 by utilizing a engagement fixing means 9′ having a suitable binding function including a wire stings or the like. - Next, each one of the first and second wall like plate members and 3, is provided with at least one
grooved portion 10 arranged on the first and second wall like 2 and 3 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the respective wall likeplate members 2, 3, the groovedplate member portion 10 of which having a concaved configuration concaved from an 16, 17 of said wall likeexternal surface 2, 3 to aplate member 4, 5, thereof.back surface - This
grooved portion 10 serves to increase a connection power applied between the wall like plate member and thee concrete injected into the space formed between the wall like 2 and 3, so as to improve a strength of theplate members unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention as well as to serve to keep an external configuration of theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house in a symmetrical configuration, by effectively preventing the external surface of the wall like 2 and 3 from being expanded and deformed outwardly in resisting to an expansion force of the concrete when it is cured.plate members - And further, this grooved
portion 10 can give an identification force to the unit body1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, by adding a design of the lateral stripe configuration to the unit body1 for forming a foundation of a house, comparing with the external ornament of the conventional unit body for forming a foundation of a house. - Note that, in the present invention, since it is also possible to give a suitable painting on the external surfaces of the wall like
2 and 3 of theplate members unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention can represent an unique ornamental external configuration which is never seen on the conventional unit body for forming a foundation of a house. - Further, in the present invention, by painting the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, with a suitable color with matching the color of a wall of a house, it is also possible to set an external configuration of a house in a new design which is completely different from that of the conventional house. - In the present invention, it is possible to provide a plurality of the
grooved portions 10 on the surface of the wall like 2 and 3 of theplate members unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house, each being arranged in parallel with the wall like 2 and 3 with each other with a predetermined space interposed therebetween.plate members - The number of the
grooved portions 10 formed on the surface of the first wall likeplate member 2 may be the same as that of the second wall likeplate member 3 or may be different from each other. - The cross sectional configuration of the grooved
portion 10 of the present invention is not restricted to a specific configuration but it may be a configuration having a V-shaped configuration, for example. - The depth and the width of an opening portion of the V-shaped configuration can be determined optionally.
- On the other hand, the grooved
portion 10 may be formed in over all length of the wall like 2, 3, along the longitudinal direction L of the wall likeplate members 2, 3, and it is also possible to form the groovedplate members portion 10 partially or intermittently along the longitudinal direction L thereof. - Note that the position on which the grooved
portion 10 is provided is a position being different from the position on which thespacer 6 is arranged. - A plurality of the
grooved portions 10, for example, can be formed on the surfaces of the first and the second wall like 2, 3, in the vertical direction with a space of 120 mm to 180 mm with a cross sectional configuration being V-like configuration and the opening portion of the V-like configuration being 30 mm and the depth thereof being 30 mm.plate members - Next, each one of a plurality of the main vertical reinforcing
rods 8 which consisting the grid like reinforcingrods 15 as used in the present invention, are arranged in the space formed between the pair of the, in a vertical direction and in parallel with the inside surfaces of each one of the wall like 2, 3.plate members - And a top
free end portion 19 of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 is not projected over anupper end portion 20 formed between the upperend edge portions 18 of the pair of the first and the second wall like 2, 3.plate members - In a case may be, as shown in
FIG. 1 , it can be fixedly engaged with the mainlateral reinforcing rod 7 which is arranged at the most upper portion among the plurality thereof which consisting of the grid like reinforcingrods 15. - On the other hand, a lower
free end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8, which is another free end portion thereof, is projected below alower edge portion 11 of said wall like plate member of at least one of the first and second wall like 2, 3, and it is bent so that at least one part of theplate members free end portion 12 thereof projected below thelower edge portion 11 of at least one of the wall like 2, 3, and it is extended outwardly from theplate members lower edge portion 11 of the wall like plate members, beyond the wall like 2, 3 with a predetermined angle to the wall likeplate member 2, 3.plate member - In one embodiment of the present invention as shown in
FIG. 1 , all of the lowerfree end portions 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8, are extended outwardly in parallel with each other from thelower edge portion 11 of at least one of the wall like plate members, 2, 3 beyond the wall like 2, 3 with a right angle to the external surface of the wall likeplate member 2, 3.plate member - Note that, in the present invention, an
auxiliary supporting member 21 can be provided on at least one of thelower edge portion 11 of the wall like 2 or 3, and which is bent at the lower edge portion 11thereof with approximate a right angle and extended outwardly from the external surface of the wall likeplate member 2, 3.plate member - The auxiliary supporting
member 21 can be used as a means for preventing theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention from being fallen down when it is arranged on a predetermined surface of a leveling concrete as well as for stably arranging theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house horizontally. - The width of the bended portion of the auxiliary supporting
member 21 is not restricted to a specific value but it is preferably set at 30 to 35 mm, for example. - Further, the
auxiliary supporting member 21 is provided with a plurality number ofhole portions 25 through which a bolt can be penetrated, with a predetermined space interposed therebetween, and on the other hand the bolts having a predetermined length are provided in the leveling concrete formed on a bottom portion of the pit excavation or the leveling concrete formed on the earth floor or a foundation of a house used for each one of the compartments. - And thus, it can be possible for the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, to be arranged on a predetermined position on the predetermined foundation for a house with highly accuracy and rapidly by penetrating the bolts into the bolt penetratinghole portions 25, as provided on theauxiliary supporting member 21 and by securing the bolts with suitable nuts. - On the other hand, the bending angle of the lower
free end portion 12 at thelower end portion 11 of the wall like 2, 3, is preferably approximately a right angle but it is not necessary for the bending directions of each one of the lowerplate member free end portion 12 to be identical to each other. - For example, the bending direction of a part of the lower
free end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 may be a direction facing to an external surface of the wall likeplate member 2 while the bending direction of the rest portion of the lowerfree end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 may be a direction facing to an external surface of the wall likeplate member 3. - Further, the bending angle of the lower
free end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 with respect to the surface of the wall like 2 or 3, may not be restricted to 90 degree, a right angle, as shown inplate member FIG. 1 , as an example, the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 can be extended downwardly from the point in the vicinity of the lowerfree end portion 11 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 to a bottom portion of thepit excavation 320 and thereafter, it can be upraised with taking a bending configuration having about V-shapedform 22, along a tapered surface of the earth laid on theground 321 on which a base of the earth floor, and further it may show a configuration in that the tip end portion thereof can be formed with aparallel portion 23 which is configured in parallelism with the surface of the earth laid on the ground on which forms a base of the earth floor. - The
parallel portion 23 as formed at the lowerfree end portion 12 of the vertical reinforcingrod 8, is engaged with a part of the reinforcing rods in a slab reinforcingrods group 150 which is arranged on a base which consisting the earth floor, with each other. - In this embodiment, the bending direction of at least a part of the lower
free end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 may also be a direction facing to an external surface of the wall likeplate member 2 while the bending direction of the rest portion of the lowerfree end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 may also be a direction facing to an external surface of the wall likeplate member 3. - Note that the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house in which the lowerfree end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 has been bent at around a right angle, can be used as a mold of foundation for the earth floor or a compartment floor which is arranged inside portion of the external peripheral foundation type mold for a house as shown in the foundation of ahouse 200 represented byFIG. 3 . and theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house in which the lowerfree end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 has been bent with the V-shaped configuration is used, for example, for theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house to be arranged inside of the pit excavation as one of the mold of the external peripheral portion of the foundation for ahouse 200 as shown inFIG. 3 . - Further, in the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of theanchor bolts 14 which projecting upwardly from anupper end surface 20 formed between the upper end edge surfaces 18 of the first and second wall like 2, 3 are arranged between the first and second wall likeplate members 2, 3 and being arranged in the longitudinal direction L of the wall likeplate members 2, 3 with a predetermined interval, and theplate member anchor bolts 14 being secured with asuitable fastener member 24 between the first and second wall like 2, 3.plate members - For the
fastener member 24 in the above-mentioned embodiment, atop spacer 41 as explained hereunder, can be used as thefastener member 24, for example. - Note that, the
anchor bolts 14 is fixedly supported within the first and second wall like 2, 3, by aplate members suitable fastener member 24 with any one of the member selected from thetop spacer 41,. thespacer 6, the mainlateral reinforcing rod 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrod 8. - Next, in the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, on the upperend edge portion 18 formed in the longitudinal direction of the first and second wall like 2, 3, theplate members 13 and 13′ which are bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the surface of the wall likebent edge portions 2, 3, with the bending directions being the ones to which both of the first and second wall likeplate members 2, 3, are oppositely facing to each other.plate members - In the present invention, this bending angle and a width of the
13 and 13′ are not restricted to a specific value but, for example, the width of thebent edge portions 13 and 13′can be preferably set at 15 to 30 mm and the bending angle thereof can be set at 30 to 50 degree with respect to the vertical line and more preferably, it can be set at 45 degree.bent edge portions - These
13 and 13′can contribute to keep the external configuration of thebent edge portions unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention beautiful and ornamental condition as well as keep the mold of theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house and the concrete injected into thisunit 1 in a strong integrated construction and to improve the safety characteristic for works of the workers. - In addition to thereabove, in the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, a plurality of thetop spacers 41 are arranged between the upperend edge portions 18 in the longitudinal direction of the wall like 2, 3 so as to define the exact distance between the upperplate members end edge portions 18 of the wall like 2, 3 and each of theplate members op spacers 41 are preferably arranged along the longitudinal direction of he wall like 2, 3 with a predetermined distance interposed therebetween.plate members - The
top spacer 41 is arranged between the upper end edge portions18 formed on the oppositely arranged first and second wall like 2, 3, as shown inplate members FIG. 2(B) , and they are made of a suitable hardened material and having a predetermined length l and a width s and a thickness t. - And these
top spacers 41 are fixedly secured to the upper end edge portions18 with the suitable securing means such ass a welding connection means, an adhesively connection means, a vis means or bolt and nut means. - In a case in which the
13 and 13′are provided at the upperbent edge portions end edge portions 18 of the first and second wall like 2, 3, theplate members 130 and 130′ are provided on both end portion of thebended portions top spacer 41 the configuration of which being corresponding to the 13 and 13′.bent edge portions - It is preferable that a plurality of the
spacers 6 are arranged along the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction of the wall like members with a suitable intervals interposed therebetween. - On the other hand, one of the characteristic features of the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, is resides in a fact that as shown inFIG. 3 , the foundation for ahouse 200 of the present invention is provided with a expandedportions 60 on the portions of folded portion such as a corner portion of the foundation for ahouse 200 or a branched portion thereof so as to improve the duration of the foundation for ahouse 200 and the unti-earthquake characteristic by absorbing the vibration and the impact. - For the sake of this, in the foundation for a
house 200 of the present invention, in order to realize such expandedportion 60, abended wall portion 30 which is bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the surface of the wall like 2, 3, is provided at a portion of themember respective unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention to the portion of which the expandedportion 60 will be formed. - Note that in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 4 (A), thebended wall portions 30 each of which is bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the surface of the wall like 2, 3, are provided at at least one of themember 45 and 46 of at least one of the wall like plates of the first and second wall likelongitudinal end portion 2 and 3.plate members - In a different embodiment of the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 4(B) , at at least a portion of at least one of the first and the second wall like 2 and 3, that means a middle portion in the longitudinal direction of one of the wall likeplate members 2 and 3, a pair of theplate members 30 and 30′ each being bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the surface of the wall likebended wall portions 2 or 3.plate member - The
bended wall portion 30 of the present invention preferably made of the hardened material as the same material of the wall like 2 and 3 and theplate members bended wall portion 30 may or may not be provided with at least onegrooved portion 10. - The bending angle, a longitudinal length and a height of the
bended wall portion 30 is not restricted to a specific value but the angle thereof may preferably be set at angle of 30 to 60 degree and the longitudinal length thereof being set at 150 to 300 mm and the height thereof being set at a value being identical to that of the wall like 2 and 3.plate members - Further in the above-mentioned embodiment, the
bended wall portion 30 can be formed at the both 45 and 46 located in the longitudinal direction of the wall likeend portions 2 and 3 and more over, theplate members bended wall portion 30 can be formed at one end portion in the longitudinal direction of both of the wall like 2 and 3 or at both of the end portions in the longitudinal direction of both of the wall likeplate members 2 and 3.plate members - Further in the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 4(B) and 4(C) , it is possible that aspace portion 38 is formed in an intermediate portion of at least one wall like 2 and 3, and further a pair of theplate members 30 and 30′ are provided at bothbended wall portions 39 and 39′ of the pair of the wall like plate members in a symmetrical configuration and it is also possible that a plurality of the pair of theend portions 30 and 30′are provided in the intermediate portion of at least one wall likebended wall portions 2 and 3.plate members - In the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 4(D) , thespace portion 38 can be formed on the intermediate portion of both of the wall like 2 and 3 and at each of theplate members 39 and 39′ thereof, a pair of theend portions 30 and 30′ are provided, respectively, in a symmetrical configuration with each other.bended wall portions - Note that, in
FIG. 4 , in order to simplify the explanation about the 30 and 30′, the group of the reinforcing rods which are provided between the first and the second wall likebended wall portions 2 and 3, have been omitted so that the first and the second, wall likeplate members 2 and 3 are only shown.plate members - As mentioned above, each one of the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house as shown in the respective embodiments is respectively formed in a factory, based on the predetermined design charts for the foundation for ahouse 200 as shown inFIG. 3 , as one example, and it is transferred to a predetermined construction site so as to be arranged at a predetermined position. - On the other hand, in the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 5 , for example, at anend edge portion 151 of thebended wall portions 30 of one of theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house or at least one portion of the 45 and 46 of the first and second wall likeend portions 2 and 3, it is preferably provided an engagingplate members 27 and 28 which can mutually and fixedly connect thesecure means end edge portion 151 of thebended wall portions 30 or the 45 and 46 of the wall likeend portions 2 or 3, to at least a corresponding part of anplate members end edge portion 151 of thebended wall portions 30 or a corresponding an 45 and 46 of the wall likeend portions plate members 2 of aseparate unit body 1′ being arranged adjacent to theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house. - And further, in the present invention, it is prefer to provide a mutual connecting portion to mutually connect the adjacently arranged
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house to each other, for example, amarginal area 152 can be provided at the 45 and 46 of the wall likeend portions 2 and 3, and at theplate members n edge portion 151 of thebended wall portion 30. - The configuration of the engaging
27 and 28 is not restricted to a specific configuration but any kinds of a conventional engaging secure means including a bolt-nut means, a welding means or rivet means can be used.secure means - The configuration of the
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, shows a basic configurations which can be commonly used in each one of the plurality different kinds of theunit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house which can be used in the present invention, and since therespective unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house having the respective basic configuration, is formed in a factory, previously, each one of theunit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house is speedy and accurately produced in accordance with the designing chart of the foundation for a house. - And after when each one of the
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house is transferred to a house constructing site, it is arranged to be set on a predetermined position, for example, on the leveling concrete formed based on the design chart for the foundation for a house and in accordance therewith. - After that, as shown in
FIG. 6 , the mainlateral reinforcing rods 7, in the respective each being adjacently arranged to each other are mutually connected with each other, and the lowerfree end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 is mutually connected to the reinforcing rods, forming the slab reinforcingrods group 150 which is arranged on the earth floor or the earth raised on the ground in a compartment region with a suitable connecting means including a welding means, an adhesive means or a binding means with utilizing a steel wire or the like. - And thereafter, the concrete is injected into the space formed inside the respective with simultaneously therewith the concrete is also injected into other portions, for example, in the earth floor and the base foundation part for forming the compartments each having the reinforcing rods, so that the concrete is injected into the overall portions of the foundation for a house.
- Accordingly, each one of
unit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention, has a configuration being different a little bit from that of anotherunit bodies 1 for forming a foundation of a house, respectively based on a condition on which portion of the foundation for ahouse 200 therespective unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house is used. - For example, the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house as shown inFIG. 7 , shows a configuration of theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house (U 213) corresponding to a part of the peripheral portion of thefoundation 201 of thefoundation 200 as shown in the design chart illustrated inFIG. 3 , and especially corresponding to the foursides 201 to 204 of the peripheral portion of the foundation. - Note that, each one of the external peripheral portions of the foundation for a
house 201 to 204, as shown inFIG. 6 , is arranged respectively on the leveling concrete as formed inside the foundation for a house and which formed on the broken stones arranged on a bottom surface of thepit excavation 320 which has been excavated from the surface of the earth with a predetermined depth. - Accordingly, one of the vertical length of the wall like
2 or 3 of theplate members unit body 1 which is arranged on the external position of the peripheral portion of the foundation is designed so that it becomes longer than that of the wall like 3 or 2, which is arranged internal position of the peripheral portion of the foundation.plate members - That is to say that in one of the embodiment of the
unit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house in the present invention, the vertical length of the first wall likeplate member 2 is mutually different from that of the second wall likeplate member 3. - A value of the difference in the vertical length of the first and the second wall like
2 and 3 is not restricted to a specific value but it can be varied with respect to the predetermined depth of the pit excavation and, it can be possible, for example, that the vertical length of the first wall likeplate members plate member 2 which is arrange in an external position of the peripheral portion of the foundation can be set at 620 mm and the vertical length of the second wall likeplate member 3 which is arrange in an internal position of the peripheral portion of the foundation can be set at 350 mm. - Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, as shown in
FIG. 7 , with regard to the 1 and 1′ for forming a foundation of a house which are adjacently arranged to each other, which are especially adjacently arranged via a corner portion or a crossing section, the vertical length of the wall likeunit bodies 2 or 3 which being arranged at an internal position of the peripheral foundation for a house is preferably set at a length shorter than that of the wall likeplate members 3 or 2 which being arranged at an external position of the peripheral foundation for a house.plate members - Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the lower
free end portion 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrod 8 is upraised along a tapered surface of the earth laid on theground 321 and at themost end portion 23 thereof it is configured to form a portion in parallelism with the surface of the earth laid on the ground or the surface of a part of the foundation for a house used for the compartment portions so s to be connected with the slab reinforcing rod group with a binding means. - And further in the embodiment, at both longitudinal ends portions of the wall like
plate member 3 which is arranged at the internal position of the external peripheral portion of the foundation for a house, the 30 and 30′ are provided and although it is possible that thebended wall portions bended wall portion 30 of theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house, can be overlappingly connected to thebended wall portion 30 of theunit body 1′ adjacently arranged to theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house with each other as shown inFIG. 5 , via a suitable connecting mean, it is also possible to connect thebended wall portion 30 to the end portion45 or 46 of the wall like 2 or 3, which is provided on the adjacently arrangedplate members unit body 1′ for forming a foundation of a house. - For the sake of this, a suitable connecting
margin portion 152 is provided at theend portion 151 of thebended wall portion 30 or the 45 or 46 of the wall likeend portion 2 or 3 as shown inplate member FIG. 5 . - An embodiment of a configuration of the
1 and 1′ for forming a foundation of a house as forming one of theunit bodies corner portions 223 in the external peripheral portion of the foundation used in the foundation for a house is explained with reference toFIGS. 4 , 5, 7 and 8. - Note that the
corner portion 223 is formed by the unit body U224 forming theperipheral portion 204 of the foundation for a house and the unit body U213 forming a part of theperipheral portion 201 of the foundation for a house. - And the unit body U213 of the foundation for a house as shown in
FIG. 7 (A), a longitudinal length of the first wall likeplate member 2 and which is located at external position of theperipheral foundation 201 is set so as to be longer than that of the second wall likeplate member 3 which is located at internal position of theperipheral foundation 201. - On the other hand, at the both
45 and 46 of the second wall likeend portions plate member 3, the 30 and 30′ are provided and each one of the bended wall portions having a predetermined width and being bent with a predetermined angle with respect to a surface of the second wall likebended wall portions plate member 3. - Each one of the
30 and 30′ can be formed integrally with the second wall likebended wall portions plate member 3 or can be formed by being connected to the second wall likeplate member 3 via a suitable securing means. - On the other hand, in order to avoid the
30 or 30′ from being overlapped with thebended wall portion 30 or 30′as used in the unit body U224, thebended wall portions 30 or 30′ is not provided in the wall like plate member in a case may be.bended wall portion - Note that a front view and a back side view of the external surfaces of the first and second wall like
2 and 3 as used for the unit body U213 for forming the foundation for a house are shown inplate members FIGS. 7(B) and 7(C) . - In this embodiment, the
30 and 30′ may be or may not be provided with the groovedbended wall portions portion 10. - For example, it is preferable that the grooved
portion 10 is not formed on thebended wall portion 30′. - Next, the specific configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U213 which forms a part of the external
peripheral foundation 201 in the foundation for ahouse 200 as used in the present invention, is the one of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U224, as shown inFIG. 8(A) . - However, the longitudinal length of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U213 is different from that of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U224.
- Of course, when the longitudinal lengths of both of the unit body for forming foundations of the houses U213 and U224 are identical to each other, on the design chart, it is apparent that both longitudinal lengths thereof should exactly the same to each other.
- Note that, in this embodiment, the front view of the first and the second wall like
2 and 3 are shown inplate members FIGS. 7(B) and 7(C) , respectively. - Especially,
FIG. 7(B) shows the inner surface of the first wall likeplate member 2 with the mainlateral reinforcing rods 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 being arranged before the first wall likeplate member 2. - Note that, in this embodiment, both of the unit body for forming a foundation of the houses U213 and U224 are provided with the
grooved portions 10, for example, 3grooved portions 10 are provided on the first wall likeplate 2 while 1 groovedportion 10 is provided on the second wall likeplate 3. - Further note that the cross sectional configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U213 is shown, for example, in
FIG. 7(D) . - On the other hand, the configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U224 as used in the present invention will be explained hereunder with reference to
FIG. 8 . - As shown in
FIG. 8 , the configuration of one embodiment of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U224 comprises the first wall likeplate member 2 which being located external portion of the external peripheral foundation for ahouse 204, and having a longitudinal length being longer than that of the second wall likeplate member 3 and on the both 45 and 46 of the second wall likeend portions plate member 3, the 30 and 30′ are provided.bended wall portions - Note that, in
FIGS. 8(A) and 8(B) , the arrangement configuration of the grid-like reinforcingrods group 15 which comprises the mainlateral reinforcing rods 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrods 8, and which is arranged in the space formed between the first and the second wall like 2 and 3, is shown.plate members -
FIG. 8(A) shows a top plan view thereof andFIG. 8(B) shows a front view of the grid-like reinforcingrods group 15 and the first wall likeplate member 2 being transparent through the wall likeplate member 3. - Note that
FIG. 8(C) shows a front view of the wall likeplate member 3 and in which the connectingarrangement position 400 of thespacer 6, the attachedportion 700 of theangle brace pieces 80, and the engagement positions 800 of the moldmovement preventing pieces 87 are shown in addition to thegrooved portions 10. - The cross-sectional configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U224 can adopt the configuration as shown in
FIG. 8(D) , for example. - In this embodiment, when a
bended wall portion 30′ is provided on the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U213 as shown inFIG. 7 , the 30 and 30′ of the unit bodies adjacently arranged to each other, are connected and fixed with each other, in an overlapping configuration.bended wall portions - However, in the unit body U213 as shown in
FIG. 7 , when thebended wall portion 30′ is not provided, theend edge portion 151 of thebended wall portion 30 formed on one of theend portion 45 of the unit body U224, is directly connected and fixed to theend edge portion 151′ of oneend portion 46 of the second wall likeplate member 3 in the unit body U213, as shown inFIG. 5 . - And as shown in
FIG. 5 , as an example, after the both unit bodies for forming foundations of houses U224 and U213 are adjacently arranged mutually with a right angle, one of the end portions P15 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body for forming foundation of house U224 as shown inFIG. 5(A) and one of the end portions P6 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body for forming foundation of house U213 as shown inFIG. 5(B) are mutually connected and fixed to each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means and in this embodiment, theend edge portion 152 of thebended wall portion 30 which is formed on one of theedge portions 45 of the unit body for forming foundation of house U224 and the one of theend portions 46 of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body for forming foundation of house U213 are connected with each other and then the several suitable connected portions are fixedly connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means so as to form the above-mentionedcorner portion 223. - In this embodiment, it is preferable that the main
lateral reinforcing rods 7 as used in both of the unit bodies U224 and U213 are also connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means. - Further, in this embodiment, it is also preferable that a suitable connecting
margin 152 is provided on either one of theend edge portion 151 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U224 and theend edge portion 151 of thebended wall portion 30 which is provided on the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U224 - Note that when a bending angle of the corner portion shows 90 degree, the bending angle of the
30 and 30′ with respect to the external outer surface of the wall like plate member is preferably set at 45 degree but this angle is not necessarily set at 45 degree.bended wall portions - Note that there must be a case in which the corner angle of the foundation should be set at an angle other than 90 degree depending upon the configuration of a surface of the land.
- In this case, it is necessary for the bending angle of the
30 and 30′ with reference to the external surface of the wall like plate member to be set at an angle other than 45 degree.bended wall portions - On the other hand, it is possible that one of the
30 and 30′ as being provided on both unit bodies U224 and U213, respectively, can be omitted.bended wall portions - This kind of relationship can be applied to a case in which a
separate corner portion 226 is formed on another longitudinal end portion of the unit body for forming a foundation for a house U224. - Note that although the
separate corner portion 226 is formed with the unit body for forming a foundation for a house U224 and a separate unit body for forming a foundation for a house U221, the new unit body U221 having a configuration which is reversed to that of the of unit body U213 as shown inFIG. 7 can be used. - Next, a separate embodiment of the present invention will be explained hereunder with reference to
FIGS. 9 and 10 . - In this embodiment, the configurations of the unit bodies for forming foundations for the houses U205 and U206 which can form a
different corner portion 207 in the foundation for ahouse 200 are explained. - Note that in this embodiment, since the internal configurations of both unit bodies U205 and U206 are identical to each other and thus they are omitted from
FIGS. 9 and 10 but the configuration of the wall like 2 and 3 and the configuration of theplate members bended wall portion 30 as well as the mutual relationship thereof will be explained. -
FIGS. 9 and 10 show one embodiment of the unit bodies U205 and U206 which are used for the base foundation part 205 and 206 each being mutually connected with each other via thecorner portion 207 on the foundation for ahouse 200 as shown inFIG. 3 . - The unit bodies U205 and U206 which are used for the base foundation part 205 and 206 are both unit bodies formed inside of the external peripheral foundation for a house, and as shown in
FIG. 9(D) , the vertical heights of both of the wall like 2 and 3 are identical to each other, while the lower free end portion of the main vertical reinforcingplate members rods 8 are bended at the mostlowest end portion 22, so as to show an approximate V-character. - On the other hand, a longitudinal length of the first wall like
plate member 2 of the unit body U205 as shown inFIG. 9(A) , is longer than that of the second wall likeplate member 3. - Note that the external configurations of the outer surfaces of the first and the second wall like
2 and 3 of the nit body U205 as shown inplate members FIG. 10(A) are shown inFIGS. 9(B) and 9(C) , respectively. - While, a longitudinal length of the first wall like
plate member 2 of the unit body U206 as shown inFIG. 10(A) , is longer than that of the second wall likeplate member 3, and at oneend portion 45 of the second wall like plate member 3.abended wall portion 30 having a predetermined width and bended with a predetermined angle to a surface of the second wall likeplate member 3. - Note that, the
bended wall portion 30 can be formed on the second wall likeplate member 3 integrally or can be formed thereon by connecting the same to the second wall likeplate member 3 via a suitable fixing means. - On the other hand, the external configurations of the outer surfaces of the first and the second wall like
2 and 3 of the unit body U206 are shown inplate members FIGS. 10(B) and 10(C) , respectively. - And, a sectional view seeing in a longitudinal direction of the unit body U206 is shown in
FIG. 10(D) . - Note that, in
FIGS. 9(B) and 9(C) andFIGS. 10(B) and 10(C) , an arrangement conditions of the grid-like reinforcing rods comprising the mainlateral reinforcing rods 7 and the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 which can be observed via the wall like 2 or 3 are shown but only a part of it is shown by omitting the rest of them.plate members - These relationships are applied to the another associated drawings in the present invention.
- As apparent from the configurations as mentioned above, in the present invention, the unit bodies for forming the foundations of the houses U205 and U206 are adjacently arranged perpendicularly with each other so as to form the
corner portion 207 at the predetermined position and then, the end portion P1 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body 205 is mutually connected with the end portion P2 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body 206 utilizing a suitable connecting means. - And simultaneously with this, the end portion P4 of the second wall like
plate member 3 of the unit body 205 is mutually connected with the end portion P3 of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body 206 utilizing a suitable connecting means. - Next, in a case when a joint
base foundation portion 208 which is formed with the base foundation portions 206, 210 and 211 or the like of the foundation for ahouse 200, being mutually interconnected perpendicularly with each other, should be formed, for example, the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U206 as shown inFIG. 10 , an unit body for forming a foundation of a house U210 as shown inFIG. 11(A) and an unit body for forming a foundation of a house U211 as shown inFIG. 12(A) or the like are selectively used. - Note that, each one of the unit bodies U206, U210 and U211, is the unit body which is arranged inside of the external peripheral foundation portion, respectively and the cross-sectional configuration thereof shows that the both of the vertical heights of the first and the second wall like
2 and 3 as shown inplate members FIG. 10(D) , FIG. 11(DA) andFIG. 12(D) are identical to each other and the lower free end portion of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 are bended at the mostlowest end portion 22, so as to show an approximate V-character. such that - In the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U210 as shown in
FIG. 11(A) , a left side part unit portion (m) and a right side part unit portion (n) thereof are integrally connected with each other via the grid-like reinforcingrods group 15 which is omitted fromFIG. 11(A) and aspacer 6. - On the other hand, as the unit body U206, the unit body as shown in
FIG. 10(A) can be used as it is, while as shown inFIG. 11(A) , the left side part unit portion(m) of the unit body U210 has a configuration in that the longitudinal lengths of the first wall likeplate member 2 and the second wall likeplate member 3 are identical to each other, while one of theend portions 45 of the first and the second wall like 2, 3 of the unit body U210 are provided with a pair of theplate members 30 and 30′ bended with a predetermined angle directing to the external surfaces of the wall like plates.bended wall portions - And the right side part unit portion (n) of the unit body U210, has a symmetrical configuration to that of the above-mentioned (m).
- Note that, the external configuration of the external outer surfaces of the wall like
2, 3 are shown inplate members FIGS. 11(B) and 11(C) , respectively. - In this embodiment, the grooved
portion 10 is also provided on the 30 and 30′.bended wall portions - Next, the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U211,as a configuration as shown in
FIG. 12(A) , it is designed that the longitudinal length of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body 211 is identical to that of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit 211, and the external configuration of the wall like 2, 3 of the unit body U211 are shown inplate members FIGS. 12(A) and 12(B) , respectively. - On the other hand, when the perpendicular-type joint
base foundation portion 208 is formed, the respective end portion P10 and P11 of the pair of 30 and 30′ of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U210 as shown inbended wall portions FIG. 11(A) , are mutually connected to the respective end portion P20 and P21 of the end edge portion of the wall like plate member of the unit body U206 as shown inFIG. 10(A) , on which nobended wall portion 30 is provided. - While, the respective the end portions P68 and P69 of the wall like plate member in the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U211 as shown in FIG. 12(A),are mutually connected to the respective end portion P12 and P13 as shown in
FIG. 11(A) of the another 30 and 30′ of the unit body U210 as shown inbended wall portion FIG. 11(A) , so that the final jointbase foundation portion 208 is completed. - Next, an example of a specific configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house, when a base foundation 212 in the foundation for a
house 200 is formed, will be explained hereunder. - As shown in
FIG. 13 , in the unit body U212, the longitudinal length of the first wall likeplate member 2, which is located on a side on which the wall like plate member never be connected to the unit bodies U205 and U210, is set at the same as that of the wall likeplate member 3 which is located on a side on which the wall like plate member is connected to the unit bodies U205 and U210. - And further, on the first wall like
plate member 2, although noopen portion 38 and no bended wall portion is provided, on the second wall likeplate member 3, two open portions 38(A) and 38(B) are provided and wherein at both 39 and 39′ of both of the open portions 38(A) and 38(B), there are provided with theend edge portions 30 and 30′ each being bended outwardly therefrom to an external surface direction with a predetermined angle each of which being opposite to each other so as to form an angled configuration.bended wall portions - Note that, a cross-sectional configuration of the unit body 212 is shown in
FIG. 13(D) . - And to the first
open portion 38A of the unit body U212, one end portion of the wall like plate member used in the unit body 205 as shown inFIG. 9(A) is connected, while, to the secondopen portion 38B of the unit body U212, one end portion of the wall like plate member of the unit body U210 as shown inFIG. 11(A) to which nobended wall portion 30 is provided, is connected. - Next, a configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U225 which is arranged between the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U214 forming a part of the external
peripheral foundation part 201 in the foundation for ahouse 200, and the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U220 forming a part of the externalperipheral foundation part 203 in the foundation for ahouse 200, and the connection relationship between the unit bodies U225 and U212 will be explained hereunder with reference toFIGS. 14 and 15 . - Note that, as shown in
FIG. 14(A) , in both of the unit bodies U225 and U212, the length of the first wall likeplate member 2 of both of the unit bodies U225 and U212, and which locating on an external position of the wall like plate member of the external 201 or 203, is set at a length being longer than that of the second wall likeperipheral base portion plate member 3 which locating on an inner position of the wall like plate member of the external 201 or 203.peripheral base portion - On the other hand, on both of the
end edge portions 45 and of the second wall likeplate member 3, the 30 and 30′ each having a predetermined width and bended with the predetermined angle with respect to a external surface of the second wall likebended wall portions plate member 3, are provided. - The
bended wall portion 30 can be formed integrally with the second wall likeplate member 3 or it also can be formed by adding or securing the wall like plate member to the second wall likeplate member 3 with utilizing a suitable fixing means. - Note that, the external configuration of the external outer surfaces of the wall like
2, 3 of the unit bodies U214 and U220 are shown inplate members FIGS. 14 (B) and 14(C), respectively. - In addition to thereabove, a sectional configurations of the unit bodies U214 and U220 are shown in
FIG. 14(D) . - On the other hand, the configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U225 which is arranged so as to connect the unit body U214 and U220 in a bridging manner, is shown in
FIG. 15(A) and wherein as shown inFIG. 15(A) , the longitudinal lengths of the first and the second wall like 2 and 3, are set at the length being identical to each other and the external configuration of the external outer surfaces of the wall likeplate members 2, 3 of the unit body U225 is shown inplate members FIGS. 15 (B) and 15(C), respectively. - Further, the cross-sectional configuration of the unit body U225 is identical to that as shown in
FIG. 13(D) . - Accordingly, when the group of these unit bodies for forming the foundation of the house are assembled, firstly, for example, the one end portion P51 of the first wall like
plate member 2 of the unit body 213 as shown inFIG. 7 and the one end portion P16 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U214 as shown inFIG. 14 are fixedly connected to each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means, and simultaneously with this, the one end portion P40 of thebended wall portion 30 which is provided on oneend edge portion 45 of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U213 as shown inFIG. 7 and the one end portion P22 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U225 as shown inFIG. 15 are connected to each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means. - And further, the one
end portion P 17 of thebended wall portion 30′ which is formed on the oneend edge portion 46 of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U214 as shown inFIG. 14 and the one end portion P23 of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U225 as shown inFIG. 15 are connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means. - On the other hand, when the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U225, the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U221 and the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U220 are mutually assembled to each other, the above-mentioned assembling manner can be applied in this case.
- Further, the configuration for the connecting method of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U212 which is arranged so as to connect the unit body U214 and U220 in a bridging manner, is shown in
FIG. 13 . - As shown in
FIG. 13 , the one end portion P110 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U212 as shown inFIG. 13 and the one end portion P15 of thebended wall portion 30 as connected to the oneend edge portion 45 of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U214 as shown inFIG. 14 are connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means, and simultaneously with this, the one end portion P121 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U212 as shown inFIG. 13 and the end edge portion P17 of thebended wall portion 30′ connected to one of theend edge portion 46 of the second wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U220 as shown inFIG. 14 , are mutually connected with utilizing a suitable connecting means. - Next, a connecting method for connecting the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U212, the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U215 which forming the base foundation portion 215 in the foundation for a
house 200 and the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U217 which forming the base foundation portion 217 with each other will be explained hereunder. - Note that, as shown in
FIG. 16 , a longitudinal length of the wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U215, which locating on a side forming the external side surface of the external peripheral base foundation of the unit body U215, is set at a length being longer than that of the wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U215 which locating on an inside forming the inner side surface of the external peripheral base foundation of the unit body U215. - And further, although, on the first wall like
plate member 2, noopen portion 38 and nobended wall portion 30 is provided, on the second wall likeplate member 3, oneopen portion 38 is provided approximately at a center portion thereof and further, at both 39 and 39′ of thisend edge portions open portion 38, the 31 and 31′ are provided each being bended with a predetermined angle with reference to the external surface of the wall likebended wall portions plate member 3 but each one of the bending angle of both bended wall portions being opposite to each other so that the 31 and 31′ form an angled configuration.bended wall portions - Note that, the cross-sectional configuration of the unit body U215 is identical to that as shown in
FIG. 16(D) . - Further, on the external outer surface of the wall like plate member of the unit body U215, at least one
grooved portion 10 is provided as shown inFIGS. 16 (B) and 16(C), respectively. - And when the unit body U215, the unit body U214 and the unit body U212 are mutually connected to each other, firstly, the one end portion P14 of the first wall like
plate member 2 of the unit body U214 as shown inFIG. 14 and the one end portion P41 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U215 as shown inFIG. 16 are connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means and simultaneously with this, the one end portion P15 of thebended wall portion 30 which is formed on one end edge portion of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U214 as shown inFIG. 14 , and the one end portion P110 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U212 as shown inFIG. 13 are connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means. - Next, the one end portion P111 of the second wall like plate member of the unit body U212 as shown in
FIG. 13 and the one end portion P43 of thebended wall portion 30′ which is formed on oneend edge portion 46 of the second wall like plate member of the unit body U215 are connected to each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means. - As the same manner, the steps for attaching and connecting the one end portion of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U212 and the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U217 with each other, will be explained hereunder.
- Note that the configuration of the unit body U217 is shown in
FIG. 17(A) and as shown inFIG. 17(A) , the unit body U217 comprises the first wall likeplate member 2 which is positioned at an external side portion of the external peripheral base foundation and the second wall likeplate member 3 which is positioned at an inner side portion of the external peripheral base foundation and the longitudinal length of the first wall likeplate member 2 is set at a length being longer than that of the second wall likeplate member 3. - And further, on the first wall like
plate member 2, noopen portion 38 and nobended wall portion 30 is provided, but on the second wall likeplate member 3, two 38A and 38B are provided and on each one of theopen portions 39, 39′ of theend edge portions open portion 38A and on each one of the 40, 40′ of theend edge portions open portion 38B, the 31 and 31′ or thebended wall portions 32 and 32′ are provided respectively which are bended in the opposite directions with each other at a predetermined angle with reference to the external outer surface so as to form an angled configuration or a chevron like configuration.bended wall portions - And, at each one of the
45 and 46 of the first wall likeend edge portions plate member 2, the 30 and 30′ are provided, each of which being bended in the external surface direction at a predetermined angle.bended wall portions - On the other hand, the external configurations of the external outer surfaces of the first and the second wall like
2, 3 of the unit body U217 are shown inplate members FIGS. 17 (B) and 17(C), respectively and the cross sectional configuration of the unit body U217 is also shown inFIG. 17(D) . - Accordingly, when the unit body U212 and the unit body U217 are connected with each other, the one end portion P16 of the first wall like
plate member 2 of the unit body U220 as shown inFIG. 14 and the one end portion P61 of the first wall likeplate member 2 of the unit body U220 as shown inFIG. 17 are connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means. - And simultaneously with this, the another end portion P 131 of the first wall like
plate member 2 of the unit body U212 as shown inFIG. 13 and the end edge portion P60 of thebended wall portion 30 which is provided on the oneend portion 45 of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U217 are connected with each other with a suitable connecting means. - Further, the one of the end portion P70 of the first wall like
plate member 2 in the unit body U211 as shown inFIG. 12 is connected to the end edge portion P62 of thebended wall portion 31 as being provided on the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U217 as shown inFIG. 17 , as well as the one end portion P 71 of the second wall likeplate member 3 in the unit body U211 as shown inFIG. 12 is connected to the end edge portion P63 of thebended wall portion 31′ as being provided on the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body U217 as shown inFIG. 17 . - The configuration of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house used for other portions and the method for connecting such unit bodies are substantially identical to that as mentioned above, and thus the precise explanation thereof will be omitted, but any way, for example, as the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U226 in the foundation for a
house 200, the unit bodies having the configurations as shown inFIG. 18 can be used. - As the same way, as the unit bodies for forming the foundations of a house U227 and U228, the unit bodies having the configurations as shown in
FIG. 12 can be used. - Further, as the rest of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house U216, the unit body having a configuration as shown in
FIG. 19 can be used. - Next, in the present invention, when each one of the above-mentioned unit bodies is adjacently arranged to each other and especially when the unit bodies which consists a corner portion are adjacently arranged and are fixedly secured on a predetermined position, it is prefer to use an angle
brace plate member 80 as shown inFIG. 12 , in order to make it easy that the corner portion has an accurate right angle (90 degree). - The angle
brace plate member 80 as used in the present invention, has a plate like or rod like configuration having a predetermined length and made by the hardened material and as shown inFIG. 20 , when the unit bodies for forming the foundations of a house U1 and U2, are connected with each other with the right angle interposed therebetween, a fixing securing means 81, 82, such as the bolts, the vises, or the holes, are provided at each one of the end portions of the anglebrace plate member 80, while the 83 and 84 to which the fixing securing means 81 and 82 can be coupled are provided inside surface of the unit bodies U1 and U2, and the anglecoupling members brace plate member 80 can be fixedly connected to the unit bodies by coupling the fixing securing means 81 and 82 of the anglebrace plate member 80 with the coupling means 83 and 84, respectively. - In this case, it is necessary that the longitudinal length of the angle
brace plate member 80, and the arrangement positions of the fixing securing means 81 and 82 which are provided on the unit bodies U1 and U2, are determined previously, so that the unit bodies for forming the foundations of a house U1 and U2 can be arranged perpendicularly with each other, precisely. - Especially, in a case in which the unit bodies U1 and U2 are arranged with an angle except for the right angle, the angle
brace plate member 80 can be used effectively and in either one of the cases in which the angle thereof is set at angle exceed over the 90 degree and in which the angle thereof is set at angle less than the 90 degree, the length of the anglebrace plate member 80 should be determined with taking the predetermined angle into account and further, the arrangement positions of the fixing securing means 81 and 82 also should be determined previously with taking the predetermined angle into account - On the other hand, in the specific unit bodies for forming the foundation of a house among the over all such unit bodies such as the unit body consisting the external peripheral foundation portions in the foundation for a
house 200, for example, the unite bodies U213, U214, U216, U217 and from U220 to 221 or the like, as shown inFIG. 21 , since the vertical length of the first wall likeplate member 2 which is arranged out side of the external peripheral portion of the foundation for ahouse 200, is set at a length being longer than that of the second wall likeplate member 3 which is arranged inside of the external peripheral portion of the foundation for a house portion, when this kind of the unit body is arranged on the surface of the leveling concrete formed in the pit excavation, the unit body shows unstable condition. - In order to overcome this problem so as to make it stable, as shown in
FIG. 21 , it is better to use anauxiliary support member 86 which connecting the surface of the leveling concrete and the lower portion of the second wall likeplate member 3 of the unit body and having a rod or plate like configuration and made by suitable hardened material. - Further, in the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 7 , a moldmovement preventing piece 87 consisting of a rivet or a vis is provided at a portion in the vicinity of the upper edge portion of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house. - And a plurality of the mold
movement preventing pieces 87 are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the unit body with a suitable distance. - The mold
movement preventing pieces 87 as used in the present invention, is used for controlling the position of the unit body and the position of a column to be arranged on a foundation as well as for controlling the space formed therebetween. - In the unit body for forming a foundation of a house as used in the present invention, a plurality of the above-mentioned unit bodies each of which basically having a linear configuration, respectively and at a house construction site, the same or different kinds of such unit bodies are arranged and connected to each other so as to form the foundation having a linear configuration or an angled configuration with a predetermined angle.
- In one embodiment of the present invention, it is also prefer to previously form a specific mold for an unit body which can be used to make a corner portion or a cross intersection portion in the foundation for a house, and to jointly connect them with the unit bodies having a linear configuration at the house construction site.
- On the other hand, in the present invention, it is also a preferred embodiment of the present invention in which among the lower
free end portions 12 of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 which is bended and extended outwardly from the most lowerend edge portion 11 of at least one of the first and the second wall like 2, 3, with a predetermined angle with reference to a center axis of the vertical reinforcingplate members rods 8, the lowerfree end portion 12′ of the vertical reinforcingrods 8′ which is arranged at a position in the vicinity of the longitudinal end portion of the wall likeplate member 3, is extended outwardly from the external surface of the wall likeplate member 3 at an angle with reference to the outer surface of the wall likeplate member 3 which is different from the predetermined angle with which the lowerfree end portion 12 of the vertical reinforcingrods 8 which is arranged in the positions other than the longitudinal end portion of the wall like plate member, is bended with reference to the wall like plate member. - That is, as shown in
FIGS. 5 and 8 , when observing the arrangement configuration of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 as arranged in the unit body for forming a foundation of a house, from upper position of the unit body, the most of the lowerfree end portions 12 are extended outwardly from the outer surface of the wall likeplate member 3 with the right angle and directing to an internal side of the base foundation portion. - However, the lower
free end portion 12′ of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8′ is projected into the inside of the base foundation portion with the angle other than the right angle with reference to the outer surface of the wall likeplate member 3. - In
FIG. 5 , although, only one lowerfree end portion 12′ of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8′ which is arranged at a position in the vicinity of the longitudinal end portion of the wall likeplate member 3 and which is extended outwardly from the external surface of the wall likeplate member 3 at an angle with reference to the outer surface of the wall likeplate member 3 but other than the right angle, is shown, it is possible that a plurality of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8′are used and the respective angles of the lowerfree end portions 12′ of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8′ with reference to the external surface of the wall like plate member, with which each one of lowerfree end portions 12′ of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8′ is bended with reference to the outer surface of the wall like plate member can be set at an angle other than the right angle and each one of these angles being different from each other. - By adopting the above-mentioned configuration, it becomes possible that the numbers of the main vertical reinforcing
rods 8 which can be arranged at a bottom portion in a corner portion in the foundation for a house, can be increase so that the strength of the base foundation for a house can be improved. - As mentioned above, a first aspect of the present invention is as follows; such as
- The above-mentioned respective unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house are produced in a factory apart from the house constructing site, in accordance with the predetermined design chart and then a plurality of the completed unit bodies are transferred to the house constructing site.
- At the house constructing site, in accordance with the predetermined design chart regarding the foundation for a house, each one of the predeterminedly designated specified unit bodies are respectively arranged on a surface of the leveling concrete formed inside the pit excavation portion or an earth floor and each one of the end portions of the unit bodies which being adjacently arranged to each other, are mutually connected with each other with utilizing a suitable connecting means so as to complete the overall mold of the foundation for a house.
- After that, the main
lateral reinforcing rods 7 which are previously arranged and fixed inside of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house, are mutually connected with each other with utilizing a metal wire of a suitable connecting means and simultaneously with this, each one of the lower free end portions of the main vertical reinforcingrods 8 are mutually connected to a part of theslab reinforcing rods 8 arranged in a earth floor of the foundation for a house, utilizing a suitable connecting means. - After that, suitable concrete is injected into the mold of the foundation of a house which has been completed by the above-mentioned steps and the pit excavation portion as well as the earth floor and the concrete is cured so as to complete a strong foundation for a house by integrating the concrete with the unit body.
- Next, a second aspect of the present invention will be explained hereunder.
- Note that the second aspect of the present invention is a foundation for a
house 200 in which concrete is injected into the above-mentioned unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house so that the concrete and the unit body are integrated with each other. - As a separate embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 22 , a foundation ahouse 200 in which a plurality of the respective unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house are mutually connected with each other is shown. - The foundation a
house 200 is the one in which a plurality of the unite bodies each having the specific configuration as mentioned above are connected to each other and which comprises the externalperipheral foundation portion 303 included therein thelinear unit body 300 and the cornerportion unit body 302 and a plurality of different kinds of innerbase foundation portions 304 being arranged inside of the externalperipheral foundation 303. - And wherein, the inner
base foundation portion 304 is formed by mutually connecting the innerbase foundation portions 304 with each other or by mutually connecting the innerbase foundation portions 304 and the externalperipheral foundation portion 303 with each other. - Further, it is also preferred embodiment in which at at least a portion of the
corner portion 302 or thecross-intersection portion 306 which are formed by mutually connecting the externalperipheral foundation portion 303 with each other, or by mutually connecting theinner foundation portion 304 with each other as well as by connecting the externalperipheral foundation portion 303 and theinner foundation portion 304 with each other, an expandedconnection portion 308 is formed. - Next, a third aspect of the present invention will be explained hereunder.
- Note that, the third aspect of the present invention relates to a method for forming a foundation for a house with using the above-mentioned unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house.
- More precisely, the method for forming a complete foundation of a house of the present invention is a method, comprising the steps of;
- producing a group of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house as defined by any one of
claims 1 to 16, each of which having a respective assembling configuration being different from each other and corresponding to the respective portion of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, obtained from the predetermined design information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, in a factory; - transferring the plurality of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house produced in the factory to the house constructing site;
- in the house constructing site, in accordance with the designing information of the complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, arranging each one of the transferred plurality of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house, on a predetermined position such as the pit excavation or the earth floor or the like, respectively so as to be mutually connected with each other, and wherein the each one of the unit body for forming a foundation of a house is respectively placed on a surface of a leveling concrete formed on a leveling ballast arranged on a predetermined surface of a portion of the earth on which the complete foundation of a house is ready to be arranged;
- combining the connecting end edge portions of each one of the unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house, each being mutually and adjacently arranged with each other, with a coupling member;
- connecting the main lateral reinforcing rods provided in the first unit body for forming a foundation of a house with that of the second unit body for forming a foundation of a house being adjacently arranged to the first unit body for forming a foundation of a house, with a connecting member;
- engaging at least a part of a free end portion of a main vertical reinforcing rod used in the unit body for forming a foundation of a house and which is extended externally from a lower edge portion of a wall like plate member with a part of the reinforcing rods forming a slab-like grid of the reinforcing rods which reinforces the base concrete formed inside of the external peripheral portion of the complete foundation of a house;
- injecting concrete into a space formed inside of the respective unit body for forming a foundation of a house: and
- curing the concrete.
- As an embodiment of the above-mentioned unit body for forming a foundation of a

groove portion 10 is to contribute to keep the external configuration of theunit body 1 for forming a foundation of a house of the present invention beautiful and ornamental condition as well as to reinforce the strength of the wall like 2 and 3.plate members - However, apart from the function of the present invention with which the groove portion can contribute to keep the external appearance of the unit body beautiful, for example, by increasing a thickness of the metal plate of the wall like
2 and 3, by using high strengthened steel plate as the wall likeplate members 2 and 3 or by attaching a reinforced plastic or high strengthened textile sheet including carbon fibers to the inner surface of the wall likeplate members 2 and 3 each having the same thickness as that of the conventional one, the same effect as that obtained by providing theplate members groove portion 10 on the surface of the wall like 2 and 3, can be obtained.plate members - Accordingly, as the separate embodiment of the present invention, the unit body without being provided with the
groove portion 10 is explained as shown inFIGS. 24 to 28 . - Note that all of the basic and specific embodiments of the present inventions as shown in
FIGS. 1 to 21 can be applied to this embodiment which has nogroove portion 10 on the wall like 2 and 3, accordingly.plate members - The unit body for forming a foundation of a house, the foundation for a house and the method for forming the foundation of a house can effectively contribute to forming the foundation for a house which can have long durability and high quality of the foundation for a house.

Claims (19)
1. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house which comprises:
a first wall like plate member and a second wall like plate member, each being made of a hardened material and each having a predetermined longitudinal length, and both mutually being oppositely arranged in parallelism with each other with a predetermined space interposed therebetween;
a plurality of spacer members having a predetermined longitudinal length and each being fixedly arranged in an inside space formed between said first and second wall like plate members in a bridge-building manner in order to make said space formed between said first and second wall like plate members at a predetermined value, and which are arranged in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of said first and second wall like plate members with a predetermined interval;
at least one main lateral reinforcing rod, which is arranged in said inside space formed between said first and second wall like plate members in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of said first and second wall like plate members;
a plurality of the main vertical reinforcing rods, which are arranged in said inside space formed between said first and second wall like plate members in a direction being parallel to the vertical direction of said first and second wall like plate members and being adjacently arranged with each other in a direction being parallel to said longitudinal direction of said first and second wall like plate members and each being fixedly engaged with said main lateral reinforcing rod; and
an engaging member which fixedly engages at least one of said main lateral reinforcing rods and said main vertical reinforcing rods at said spacer member with each other, and further wherein
a free end portion of said main vertical reinforcing rod which is projected below a lower edge portion of said wall like plate member of at least one of said first and second wall like plate members, being bent so that at least one part of said free end portion thereof projected below said lower edge portion of said wall like plate member, is extended outwardly from said lower edge portion of said wall like plate member beyond said wall like plate member with a predetermined angle to said wall like plate member.
2. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house which comprises:
a first wall like plate member and a second wall like plate member, each being made of a hardened material and each having a predetermined longitudinal length, and both mutually being oppositely arranged in parallelism with each other with a predetermined space interposed therebetween;
a plurality of spacer members having a predetermined longitudinal length and each being fixedly arranged in an inside space formed between said first and second wall like plate members in a bridge-building manner in order to make said space formed between said first and second wall like plate members at a predetermined value, and which are arranged in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of said first and second wall like plate members with a predetermined interval;
at least one main lateral reinforcing rod, which is arranged in said inside space formed between said first and second wall like plate members in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of said first and second wall like plate members;
a plurality of the main vertical reinforcing rods which are arranged in said inside space formed between said first and second wall like plate members in a direction being parallel to the vertical direction of said first and second wall like plate members and being adjacently arranged with each other in a direction being parallel to said longitudinal direction of said first and second wall like plate members and each being fixedly engaged with said main lateral reinforcing rod; and
an engaging member which fixedly engages at least one of said main lateral reinforcing rods and said main vertical reinforcing rods at said spacer member with each other, and further wherein
each one of said first and second wall like plate members, is provided with at least one grooved portion arranged on said first and second wall like plate members in a direction parallel to said longitudinal direction of said respective wall like plate member, said grooved portion of which having a concaved configuration concaved from an external surface of said wall like plate member to a back surface thereof, and further wherein,
a free end portion of said main vertical reinforcing rod which is projected below a lower edge portion of said wall like plate member of at least one of said first and second wall like plate members, being bent so that at least one part of said free end portion thereof projected below said lower edge portion of said wall like plate member, is extended outwardly from said lower edge portion of said wall like plate member beyond said wall like plate member with a predetermined angle to said wall like plate member.
3. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein a bended wall portion is provided on at least one of the longitudinal end portions of one of said first and second wall like plate members and which being bent at a predetermined angle with reference to a surface of said wall like plate member.
4. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein a bended wall portion is provided on at least one portion of one of said first and second wall like plate members and which being bent at a predetermined angle with reference to a surface of said wall like plate member.
5. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein a connection member is provided on at least one portion of an end edge portion of said bended wall portion or an end edge portion of said wall like plate member of one unit body for forming a foundation of a house, which enabling mutually to fixedly connect said end edge portion thereof to a corresponding end edge portion of said bended portion or to a corresponding end edge portion of said wall like plate member of said wall like plate member of the another unit body for forming a foundation of a house, adjacently arranged to said one unit body for forming a foundation of a house.

A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, a bended upper edge portion is provided on an upper edge portion formed in a longitudinal direction of each one of said first and second wall like plate members and which is bent in a direction to which both of said first and second wall like plate members being opposed to each other at a predetermined angle with reference to said external surface of said wall like plate members.

A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, a supporting edge portion is provided at a lower edge portion formed in the longitudinal direction of either one of said first and second wall like plate members, and which is bent at a right angle with reference to said external surface of said wall like plate member so as to be extended outwardly from said wall like plate member.

A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, a plurality of the top spacers are provided on said upper edge portion formed in the longitudinal direction of either one of said first and second wall like plate members, and each one of said top spacers being fixedly arranged in order to make a space formed between both of said upper edge portions at a predetermined value, in a direction being parallel to the longitudinal direction of said wall like plate members.
9. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, an anchor-bolt is fixedly secured in a space formed between said first and second wall like plate members, to either one of the members selected from a group consisting said top spacer, said spacer, said main lateral reinforcing rod and said main vertical reinforcing rod, utilizing a suitable attaching member.
10. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, a vertical length of said first wall like plate member is different from that of the second wall like plate member.
11. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, a longitudinal length of said first wall like plate member is different from that of the second wall like plate member.
12. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, among said free end portions of a plurality of said main vertical reinforcing rods and each of which being bent at a predetermined angle with reference to a center axis of said respective main vertical reinforcing rod so as to be extended outwardly from said lower edge portion of said wall like plate member of at least one of said first and second wall like plate member, said free end portion of said main vertical reinforcing rod which is arranged at a position in the vicinity of said end portion of said wall like plate member in the longitudinal direction thereof, is extended outwardly from said external surface of said wall like plate member at an angle with reference to said external surface of said wall like plate member, said angle of which being different from the angle at which said free end portion of said main vertical reinforcing rod which being arranged at a position being different from the above-mentioned position, is extended from said external surface of said wall like plate member, with reference to said external surface of said wall like plate member.

A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein, at least a part of said respective end edge portion in a first unit body for forming a foundation of a house, is provided with a coupling member which can mutually couple said part of the respective end edge portion in said first unit body for forming a foundation of a house with the corresponding end edge portion of a second unit body for forming a foundation of a house, when said first and said second unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house are attached to each other.
14. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 13 , wherein, said first and second unit bodies for forming a foundation of a houses are configured so that each one of the end edge portions of both of the unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house are mutually and adjacently arranged with each other and wherein the assembling configuration of said second unit body for forming a foundation of a house may be the same assembling configuration as that of said first unit body for forming a foundation of a house or may be a different assembling configuration as that of said first unit body for forming a foundation of a house.
15. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein said hardened material which consisting said wall like plate member is a steel plate made of a metallic plate with rust generation preventing effect.
16. A carryable unit body for forming a foundation of a house according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein said anchor bolts which projecting upwardly from an upper edge surface of said first and second wall like plate members, are arranged between said first and second wall like plate members and being arranged in the longitudinal direction of said wall like plate members with a predetermined interval, and wherein said anchor bolts being secured with a suitable fastener member between said first and second wall like plate members.
17. A foundation of a house wherein said foundation thereof comprising concrete and said unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house as defined by claim 1 or 2 , further wherein said unit body for forming a foundation of a house and said concrete are integrated with each other.
18. A complete foundation of a house wherein said complete foundation of a house is formed by a plurality number of said foundations of a houses as defined by claim 17 , which being mutually connected to each other and wherein said complete foundation of a house comprising a plurality of the external peripheral foundation portions each consisting of the linear parts of said foundation of a house and the corner parts of said foundation of a house, and a plurality of the inner foundation portions which being arranged inside of said external peripheral portion, and further wherein said inner foundation portions are mutually connected with each other or connected with said external peripheral foundation portion with showing suitable configurations, and further wherein at at least a portion of a corner section or a cross-section thereof which is formed by said inner foundation portions of said complete foundation of a house being mutually connected to each other or by said external peripheral foundation portions of said complete foundation of a house being mutually connected to each other, or by said inner foundation portion and said external peripheral foundation portion being mutually connected to each other, with a predetermined angle, an enlarged connecting portion is provided.
19. A method for forming a complete foundation of a house, wherein said method comprising the steps of;
producing a group of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house as defined by claim 1 or 2 , each of which having a respective assembling configuration being different from each other and corresponding to the respective portion of said complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, and which is obtained from the predetermined design information of said complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, in a factory;
transferring said plurality of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house produced in said factory to the house constructing site;
in said house constructing site, in accordance with said designing information of said complete unit body for forming a foundation of a house, arranging each one of said transferred plurality of unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house, on a predetermined position, respectively so as to be mutually connected with each other, and wherein said each one of said unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house is respectively placed on a surface of a leveling concrete formed on a leveling ballast arranged on a predetermined surface of a portion of the earth on which said complete foundation of a house is ready to be arranged;
combining the connecting end edge portions of each one of said unit bodies for forming a foundation of a house, each being mutually and adjacently arranged with each other, with a coupling member;
connecting the main lateral reinforcing rods provided in the first unit body for forming a foundation of a house with that of the second unit body for forming a foundation of a house which being adjacently arranged to said first unit body for forming a foundation of a house, with a connecting member;
engaging at least a part of a free end portion of a main vertical reinforcing rod used in said unit body for forming a foundation of a house and which is extended externally from a lower edge portion of a wall like plate member with a part of the reinforcing rods forming a slab-like grid of the reinforcing rods which reinforces the base concrete formed inside of the external peripheral foundation portion of said complete foundation of a house;
injecting concrete into a space formed inside of the respective unit body for forming a foundation of a house; and
curing said concrete.
