另外值得一提的是,本創作為了配合使用者所用之需求可以增減副鍋體4於主容室11的數量,而該出水組件2、電磁閥6、供水組件5的各元件之數量也會隨之配套增減,除了第一圖所見為單一副鍋體4配合單一出水組件2進行使用外,亦可如第七圖所示,在該主鍋組1內部設置四組副鍋體4,而主鍋組1外側的沖泡架組12設有四組出水組件2提供使用;亦可如第八圖所示,在該主鍋組1的內部設置二組副鍋體4,主鍋組1的外周同側設有二組出水組件2,藉此提供多組飲品萃取組件20所使用,其可提供手沖濾杯或義式沖泡裝置等飲品萃取組件20(圖未示)予以組裝;本創作除了可以提供前述所說的間接加熱之熱交換原理供應使用外,亦可再配合蒸汽相關配件,請見第九至十一圖所示,在該主容室11內另設有一預熱鍋7,該預熱鍋7一端連通該供水組件5,另一端則設有一導水管55穿出該主鍋組1並連接一蒸氣組件8,該蒸氣組件8具有一出汽口81,而該蒸汽組件更包含一蒸汽鍋體82、一加熱件83、一水位探測器84、一溫度控制器85及前述之該出汽口81,該導水管55的一端連接該預熱鍋7另一端則連接該蒸汽鍋體82,使該預熱鍋7及該蒸汽鍋體82相連通,另外該蒸汽鍋體82進一步於外表面設有一安全閥86及一排氣閥87,該安全閥86於蒸汽壓力失控時洩壓以確保蒸汽鍋82安全使用,而該排氣閥87則是每次開機從常溫升溫時排出該蒸汽鍋體82內空氣,又該加熱件83係裝設於該蒸汽鍋體82內部,且該加熱件83係對該蒸汽鍋體82內之水進行加熱,而該水位探測器84係設置在該蒸汽鍋體82的頂面且以一端穿入該蒸汽鍋體82內部進行水位的探測,該溫度控制器85係設置在該蒸汽鍋體82頂面並以一端穿入該蒸汽鍋體82內部進行水溫的感測,該溫度控制器85亦可以壓力偵測器取代,蒸氣組件8的水源同樣係從該供水組件5提供,水經由該預熱鍋7預熱後再經該導水管55流往蒸氣組件8中的蒸汽鍋體82,而儲水並未填滿該蒸汽鍋體82,而讓儲水的上方還具有一蒸汽室821,而位於該蒸汽鍋體82內的加熱件83係為獨立運作,通常溫度設定為120℃,約為蒸汽壓1.2 bar,該蒸汽出口81可裝置電磁閥或手動蒸汽閥,依實際需要取用蒸汽,又在該導水管55與該蒸汽鍋體82之間設有一電磁閥9,該電磁閥9係自動啟、閉該導水管55與該蒸汽鍋體82之間的連通。It is also worth mentioning that this creation can increase or decrease the number of
總結說明,本創作以間接加熱之熱交換的原理進行副鍋體4加熱程序,使該主鍋組1內的儲水在首次添加後就鮮少需要再進行補充,藉此可以避免該主容室11內產生水垢附著而影響加熱器3的運作,而在運作後該主容室11內的儲水會略為蒸發減少,因此除了以掀蓋件13的方式補水外,亦可將該泵浦54及電磁閥10再以管件連接該主鍋組1的鍋身14並連通主容室11(以第一圖為例),利用該泵浦54及電磁閥10進行補水,當主容室11水位離開下水位感測器842時,自動控制系統啟動幫浦54及一電磁閥10開啟而進行補水,當主容室11水位接觸下水位感測器842時,自動控制系統關閉幫浦54及電磁閥10完成補水程序,對於使用者來說,大幅減少主鍋組1保養除水垢的次數,另外本創作亦可根據安裝環境而讓主鍋組1具有不同的造型,例如為了配合吧檯而可設計為橢圓球狀(圖未示),比起習知技術來說本創作已經確實且徹底的改善了水垢的問題,又本創作之沖泡熱水不必以冷水調溫之沖泡溫度,穩定的供應沖泡溫度熱水為顯著之優點,可見本創作具有一定程度的進步性及實用性。In summary, this creation uses the principle of indirect heating heat exchange to perform the heating process of the
