Abstract

The optical waveguide core layer is connected with a cavity. The active reflection component is mounted within the cavity, and the active reflection component includes a first reflective mirror. The control chip is electrically connected to the active reflection component through the circuit structure, wherein the circuit structure is mounted on the first surface. The active reflection component actively changes a direction of a light beam reflected by the first reflective mirror by controlling the first reflective mirror according to a first control signal generated by the control chip. When the light beam enters the optical waveguide structure, the light beam passes through the optical waveguide core layer, enters the first reflective mirror, and reflects to the direction according to an angle of the reflective mirror. This allows more flexibility in designing integrated optical circuits.
