Description
本發明係關於一種調配有烯烴系聚合物之有機無機複合體及其形成用組合物。
本申請案係對2012年3月2日提出申請之日本專利申請第2012-46143號主張優先權,並將其內容援用於此處。
目前,作為市售品之矽烷系塗佈劑之原料,主要使用3官能矽烷,藉由該3官能矽烷而形成具有適當硬度與柔軟性之聚矽氧烷。然而,3官能矽烷之膜硬塗性並不充分。因此,藉由於3官能矽烷中混合4官能矽烷或膠體氧化矽而彌補硬塗性,但若使膜變硬,則有容易產生裂縫、密接性變差之問題。
作為矽烷系之塗佈劑,例如有含有具有環氧基之3官能烷氧基矽烷化合物之防污膜形成用組合物(專利文獻1)。又,亦提出含有光觸媒之矽烷系塗佈劑,使用光酸產生劑、交聯劑、硬化觸媒等使膜硬化(例如,專利文獻2、3)。進而,亦提出一種矽烷系之有機-無機複合傾斜材料,其具有材料中之金屬系化合物之含有率自材料之表面向深度方向連續變化之成分傾斜結構(例如,專利文獻4)。
本發明者等人藉由在光感應性化合物之存在下對有機矽化合物照射紫外線,而提供一種表面具有非常高之硬度、同時內部及背面側具有適當之硬度、且與基體之密接性優異的有機無機複合體(專利文獻5);進而,藉由於聚矽氧烷系之有機無機複合體中調配作為紫外線
硬化性樹脂之丙烯酸酯系樹脂,而提供一種表面具有非常高之硬度、同時與基體之密接性及耐濕性優異之有機無機複合體(專利文獻6)。
另一方面,環烯烴基材、PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)基材、PE(Polyethylene,聚乙烯)基材等烯烴基材與無機膜之密接性較差,因此,為實現良好之密接性,於無機膜與烯烴基材之間必需固著塗層(基底膜)。目前,該固著塗層1層並不充分,必需為(A)與烯烴基材密接性良好之層/(B)與A及C兩者密接性良好之層/(C)與無機膜密接性良好之層的3層構造。然而,由於增加層之數量,故必需高度之積層技術,且製造成本亦變高。特別是有使環烯烴基材之優點即良好之光學特性降低的問題。因此,對可以1層用作烯烴基材與無機膜之固著塗層之固著塗佈劑進行研究,但上述專利文獻5或6所記載之有機無機複合膜亦不充分。

本發明之課題在於提供一種可以1層用作基材與無機膜之固著塗層之密接性優異的固著塗佈劑,特別是提供一種與烯烴基材之密接性優異之固著塗佈劑。
本發明者等人專心致力於上述課題並進行努力研究,結果發現,藉由於聚矽氧烷系之有機無機複合體中調配烯烴系聚合物,可以1層用作烯烴基材與無機膜之間之固著塗層,從而完成本發明。
即,本發明係關於(1)一種有機無機複合體形成用組合物,其含有:a)有機矽化合物之縮合物,該有機矽化合物係式(I)所表示之至少1種,Rn

作為有機矽化合物,使用藉由Fedors之推算法求出之Rn
之溶解度參數(SP1)小於藉由Fedors之推算法求出之烯烴系聚合物之溶解度參數(SP2)、且其差為1.6以上的有機矽化合物,並將調配有聚烯烴系聚合物之有機無機複合體形成用組合物用作固著塗佈劑,藉此固著塗層可以1層積層烯烴基材與無機膜。
圖1係表示對實施例1之有機無機複合薄膜利用ESCA測定之於膜厚方向上之各元素之分佈的圖。
圖2係表示對實施例2之有機無機複合薄膜利用ESCA測定之於薄膜之膜厚方向上之各元素之分佈的圖。

本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物通常除上述成分以外,亦含有水及/或其他溶劑。
作為本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物中之固形物成分(有機矽成分、烯烴系聚合物等),較佳為1~75質量%,更佳為10~60質量%。
本發明之有機矽化合物之式(I)中,R及X各自如下所述。
R表示碳原子直接鍵結於Si上之有機基。作為該有機基,可列舉:可經取代之烴基、可經取代之包含烴之聚合物之基等。具體而言,可列舉可經取代之碳數1~30之烴基,較佳為可經取代之碳數1~30、較佳為1~10之直鏈或支鏈之烷基、可經取代之碳數3~8之環烷基、可經取代之碳數2~10之直鏈或支鏈之烯基或者可經取代之碳數3~8之環烯基,又,亦可為具有芳香環之烴基。
又,該有機基可含有氧原子、氮原子、或矽原子,亦可為含有聚矽氧烷、聚乙烯矽烷、聚丙烯矽烷等聚合物之基。作為「可經取代」之取代基,例如可列舉鹵素原子、甲基丙烯醯氧基等,作為鹵素原子,可列舉氟原子、氯原子、溴原子、碘原子等。
作為「碳數1~30之烷基」,例如可列舉:甲基、乙基、正丙基、異丙基、正丁基、異丁基、第二丁基、第三丁基、正戊基、異戊
基、新戊基、2-甲基丁基、2,2-二甲基丙基、正己基、異己基、正庚基、正辛基、壬基、異壬基、癸基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基、十八烷基、二十烷基等。

本發明中使用之有機矽化合物之縮合物,其平均粒徑較佳為50
nm以下,更佳為20 nm以下。
本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物之固形物成分中有機矽化合物之縮合物的調配量係相對於有機矽化合物之縮合物、烯烴系聚合物、及根據需要而添加之其他成分之總質量,為1~95質量%,較佳為1~50質量%。
本發明之有機矽化合物之縮合物係可藉由使用矽烷醇觸媒使式(I)之有機矽化合物發生縮合反應而獲得。
本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物中,亦可含有用於上述有機矽化合物之縮合反應之矽烷醇觸媒。
作為矽烷醇縮合觸媒,只要為使式(I)所表示之化合物中之水解性基水解而使矽烷醇縮合而形成矽氧鍵者,則無特別限制,可列舉選自由有機金屬、有機酸金屬鹽、金屬螯合化合物、該等之水解物及該等之縮合物、酸、鹼所組成之群中之至少1種。矽烷醇縮合觸媒可單獨使用1種,或將2種以上組合使用。
作為有機金屬,例如可列舉:四甲基鈦、四丙基鋯等烷基金屬化合物,四異丙醇鈦、四丁醇鋯等金屬醇化物等。
作為有機酸金屬鹽,例如可列舉:羧酸金屬鹽、磺酸金屬鹽、苯酚金屬鹽等。
作為金屬螯合化合物,可列舉與β-酮羰基化合物、β-酮酯化合物、α-羥基酯化合物等之金屬螯合化合物。
作為酸,可列舉有機酸、無機酸,具體而言,例如作為有機酸,可列舉:乙酸、甲酸、草酸、碳酸、鄰苯二甲酸、三氟乙酸、對甲苯磺酸、甲磺酸等,作為無機酸,可列舉鹽酸、硝酸、硼酸、氫氟硼酸等。
此處,酸中亦包含藉由光照射而產生酸之光酸產生劑,具體而
言,二苯基錪六氟磷酸鹽、三苯基鏻六氟磷酸鹽等。
作為鹼,可列舉:四甲基胍、四甲基胍基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等強鹼類,有機胺類、有機胺之羧酸中和鹽、四級銨鹽等。
該等中,特佳為可藉由350 nm以下之波長之光之作用而去除表面側之碳成分的光感應性化合物。
所謂光感應性化合物,為無論其機制如何均可藉由自表面側照射之350 nm以下之波長之光之作用而去除表面側之碳成分的化合物,較佳為自表面至深度方向2 nm之表面部之碳含量可成為碳量未減少之部分(膜之情形時,例如自膜背面至深度方向10 nm之背面部)之碳含量之80%以下、更佳為2~60%、進而較佳為2~40%的化合物,特佳為可將碳成分以其去除量自表面側逐漸減少之方式去除直至特定深度的化合物,即,係指可形成碳含量自表面至特定深度逐漸增加之層的化合物。具體而言,例如可列舉吸收350 nm以下之波長之光而激發之化合物。
此處,所謂350 nm以下之波長之光,係指使用以350 nm以下之任意波長之光為成分之光源而成之光,較佳為使用以350 nm以下之任意波長之光為主成分之光源而成之光,即,使用成分量最多之波長為350 nm以下之光源而成之光。
作為光感應性化合物,較佳為選自由金屬之螯合化合物、有機酸金屬鹽、具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物(其中,金屬螯合化合物及有機酸金屬鹽除外)、該等之水解物、及該等之縮合物所組成之群中之至少1種化合物,特佳為水解物及/或縮合物,其中較佳為金屬螯合化合物之水解物及/或縮合物。該光感應性化合物及/或其衍生物可與有機矽化合物進行化學鍵結,可以非鍵結狀態分散,亦可為該等之混合狀態。
再者,光感應性化合物之衍生物具體而言可例示:金屬螯合化
合物、有機酸金屬鹽、或者具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物的水解物或者該等之縮合物之進一步水解物或縮合物等。
作為上述金屬之螯合化合物,較佳為具有羥基或水解性基之金屬螯合化合物,更佳為具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬螯合化合物。再者,所謂具有2個以上羥基或水解性基,係指水解性基及羥基之合計為2以上。又,作為上述金屬螯合化合物,較佳為β-酮羰基化合物、β-酮酯化合物、及α-羥基酯化合物,具體而言,可列舉:乙醯乙酸甲酯、乙醯乙酸正丙酯、乙醯乙酸異丙酯、乙醯乙酸正丁酯、乙醯乙酸第二丁酯、乙醯乙酸第三丁酯等β-酮酯類;乙醯丙酮、己-2,4-二酮、庚-2,4-二酮、庚-3,5-二酮、辛-2,4-二酮、壬-2,4-二酮、5-甲基-己-2,4-二酮等β-二酮類;乙醇酸、乳酸等羥基羧酸等配位而成之化合物。
上述有機酸金屬鹽為由金屬離子與有機酸獲得之鹽,作為有機酸,可列舉:乙酸、草酸、酒石酸、苯甲酸等羧酸類;磺酸、亞磺酸等含硫有機酸;酚化合物;烯醇化合物;肟化合物;醯亞胺化合物;芳香族磺醯胺等呈酸性之有機化合物。
又,上述具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物為上述金屬螯合化合物及有機酸金屬鹽以外者,例如可列舉:金屬氫氧化物;或金屬正丙醇鹽、金屬異丙醇鹽、金屬正丁醇鹽等金屬醇化物等。
作為上述具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物、上述金屬螯合化合物或上述有機酸金屬鹽中之水解性基,例如可列舉:烷氧基、醯氧基、鹵基、異氰酸酯基,較佳為碳數1~4之烷氧基、碳數1~4之醯氧基。再者,所謂具有2個以上羥基或水解性基,係指水解性基及羥基之合計為2以上。
作為具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物之水解物及/或縮合物,相對於具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物1莫耳,較佳
為使用0.5莫耳以上之水而水解而成者,更佳為使用0.5~2莫耳之水而水解而成者。
又,作為金屬螯合化合物之水解物及/或縮合物,相對於金屬螯合化合物1莫耳,較佳為使用5~100莫耳之水而水解而成者,更佳為使用5~20莫耳之水而水解而成者。
又,作為有機酸金屬鹽之水解物及/或縮合物,相對於有機酸金屬鹽1莫耳,較佳為使用5~100莫耳之水而水解而成者,更佳為使用5~20莫耳之水而水解而成者。
於本發明中,使用2種以上矽烷醇縮合觸媒之情形時,可含有上述具有光感應性之化合物,亦可不含有具有光感應性之化合物。又,亦可併用具有光感應性之化合物與不具有光感應性之化合物。
又,作為該等金屬化合物、金屬螯合化合物或有機酸金屬鹽化合物中之金屬,可列舉:鈦(Ti)、鋯(Zr)、鋁(Al)、矽(Si)、鍺(Ge)、銦(In)、錫(Sn)、組(Ta)、鋅(Zn)、鎢(W)、鉛(Pb)等,該等中較佳為鈦(Ti)、鋯(Zr)、鋁(Al)、錫(Sn),特佳為鈦(Ti)。該等可單獨使用1種,亦可使用2種以上。
本發明中使用之金屬之螯合化合物、有機酸金屬鹽、具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物等矽烷醇縮合觸媒較佳為水解物及/或縮合物,特佳為金屬螯合化合物之水解物及/或縮合物,其平均粒徑較佳為20 nm以下,更佳為10 nm以下。藉此,可提高有機無機複合體(有機無機複合薄膜)之透明性。
本發明中使用之矽烷醇縮合觸媒之調配比係相對於有機矽化合物之縮合物之質量,為1:99~99:1,較佳為1:99~50:50。
本發明之烯烴系聚合物包含碳數2~30之烯烴之1種或2種以上之聚合物、及與其他可共聚合之單體之共聚物。
又,聚合物末端之一端或兩端亦可經羧基、丙烯醯基、馬來酸酐、羥基、環氧基等改性。
本發明之烯烴系聚合物只要為聚合度為2以上者即可,數量平均分子量Mn較佳為50~100,000,更佳為50~10,000。

本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物之固形物成分中,烯烴系聚合物之調配量係相對於有機矽化合物之縮合物、烯烴系聚合物及根據需要而調配之其他成分之總質量,為2~99質量%,較佳為50~99質量%,更佳為60~99質量%,進而較佳為70~99質量%。

熱聚合起始劑:
熱聚合起始劑係指藉由加熱而產生自由基之化合物,例如可列
舉:有機過氧化物、過硫酸鹽、偶氮化合物及氧化還原起始劑等。
作為上述有機過氧化物,可列舉:過氧化苯甲醯、氫過氧化異丙苯、過氧化二第三丁基、氫過氧化第三丁基及過氧化二異丙苯、過氧化乙醯、過氧化月桂醯、過氧化環己酮、過氧化二苯甲醯、過氧化順丁烯二酸第三丁酯等過氧化物;1,6雙(過氧化第三丁基羰氧基)己烷等過氧化碳酸酯;過氧縮酮等。
作為上述過硫酸鹽,可列舉:過硫酸鉀、過硫酸鈉、過硫酸銨等。
作為上述偶氮化合物,可列舉:2,2'-偶氮雙丙烷、2,2'-二氯-2,2'-偶氮雙丙烷、1,1'-偶氮(甲基乙基)二乙酸酯、2,2'-偶氮雙異丁烷、2,2'-偶氮雙異丁基醯胺、2,2'-偶氮雙異丁腈(AIBN)、2,2'-偶氮雙-2-甲基丙酸甲酯、2,2'-二氯-2,2'-偶氮雙丁烷、2,2'-偶氮雙-2-甲基丁腈、2,2'-偶氮雙異丁酸二甲酯、3,5-二羥基甲基苯基偶氮-2-甲基丙二腈、2,2'-偶氮雙-2-甲基戊腈、4,4'-偶氮雙-4-氰基戊酸二甲酯、2,2'-偶氮雙-2,4-二甲基戊腈等。
作為上述氧化還原起始劑,例如可列舉:過氧化氫-鉄(II)鹽、有機化氧化物-二甲基苯胺、鈰(IV)鹽-醇等組合。
本發明中使用之聚合起始劑之調配量係相對於烯烴聚合物之固形物成分,較佳為調配0.01~20質量%,進而較佳為0.1~10質量%。
1)金屬化合物粒子
於本發明中,亦可調配金屬化合物粒子。
作為金屬化合物粒子之金屬,可列舉:矽、鎢、銻、鋯、鋁、鈦、鎂、鉄、錫、鋅、鎘、鎳、銅、鈹、釕、釷、釔、汞、銫、鉻、鑭等,作為金屬化合物,可列舉:二氧化矽、氧化鎢、氧化銻、氧化鋯、氧化鋁、氧化鈦、氧化鎂、氧化錫、氧化鋅、氧化鎘、氧化釔、
氧化鎳、氧化銅、氧化鈹、氧化釕、氧化釷、氧化汞、氧化鈰、氧化鉻等金屬氧化物或氟化鎂等。
金屬化合物粒子較佳為二氧化矽與選自氧化鋯、氧化鋁、氧化鈦中之至少1種,更佳為矽溶膠與氧化鋯溶膠之混合溶膠。
使用之金屬化合物粒子可為2次粒子,亦可為1次粒子,並無特別限制,但較佳為1次粒子。
金屬化合物之粒徑並無特別限定,平均1次粒徑較佳為1 nm~100 nm之範圍,進而較佳為1 nm~50 nm之範圍。
又,金屬化合物粒子之性狀可為溶膠,亦可為粉體,但通常較佳為使用溶膠。溶膠通常為膠體狀之分散液,因此可藉由僅與其他成分混合而簡便地製成均勻之分散液,又,由於沈澱等而不均勻之問題亦較少。
又,可使用各金屬化合物粒子之表面經矽烷偶合劑等進行表面修飾者,具體而言,可例示經烴基等實施有疏水性處理之矽溶膠等。
本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物之固形物成分中,金屬化合物粒子之調配量相對於有機矽化合物之縮合物、烯烴系聚合物及金屬化合物粒子等之總質量,為0.1~50質量%,較佳為0.1~25質量%。
2)溶劑
作為用於本發明中之溶劑,並無特別限制,例如可列舉:水;苯、甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族烴類;己烷、辛烷等脂肪族烴類;環己烷、環戊烷等脂環族烴類;丙酮、甲基乙基酮、環己酮等酮類;四氫呋喃、二烷等醚類;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等酯類;N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺等醯胺類;二甲基亞碸等亞碸類;甲醇、乙醇等醇類;乙二醇單甲醚、乙二醇單甲醚乙酸酯等多元醇衍生物類;等。該等溶劑可單獨使用1種,或將2種以上組合使用。
3)其他可含有之成分
又,於本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物中,為表現獲得之塗膜之著色、厚膜化、防止向基底之紫外線穿透、防蝕性之賦予、耐熱性等各種特性,亦可另外添加、分散填充材。其中,關於氧化物,亦有與上述金屬氧化物粒子重複記載者。
作為該填充材,例如可列舉:有機顏料、無機顏料等非水溶性之顏料、或顏料以外之粒子狀、纖維狀或鱗片狀之金屬及合金、以及該等之氧化物、氫氧化物、碳化物、氮化物、硫化物等。作為該填充材之具體例,可列舉:粒子狀、纖維狀或鱗片狀之鉄、銅、鋁、鎳、銀、鋅、鐵氧體、碳黑、不鏽鋼、二氧化矽、氧化鈦、氧化鋁、氧化鉻、氧化錳、氧化鉄、氧化鋯、氧化鈷、合成富鋁紅柱石、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鉄、碳化矽、氮化矽、氮化硼、黏土、矽藻土、熟石灰、石膏、滑石、碳酸鋇、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、硫酸鋇、膨潤土、雲母、鋅緑、鉻緑、鈷緑、濃綠(veridian)、吉勒特綠、鉻鈷緑、舍勒綠、緑土、錳緑、顏料綠、群青、鐵藍、石青、鈷藍、天藍、硼酸銅、鉬藍、硫化銅、鈷紫、馬爾斯紫、錳紫、顏料紫、一氧化二鉛、鉛酸鈣、鋅黃、硫化鉛、鉻黃、土黃、鎘黃、鍶黃、鈦黃、氧化鉛、顏料黃、氧化亞銅、鎘紅、硒紅、鉻朱紅、鐵丹、鋅白、銻白、鹼性硫酸鉛、鈦白、鋅鋇白、矽酸鉛、氧化鋯、鎢白、含鉛鋅白、Banchisonwhite、鄰苯二甲酸鉛、錳白、硫酸鉛、石墨、骨黑、鑽石黑、熱原子炭黑、植物性黑、鈦酸鉀晶鬚、二硫化鉬等。
再者,本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物中,除上述以外,亦可添加原甲酸甲酯、原乙酸甲酯、四乙氧基矽烷等公知之脫水劑、各種界面活性劑、上述以外之矽烷偶合劑、鈦偶合劑、染料、分散劑、增黏劑、調平劑等添加劑。
作為本發明之有機無機複合體形成用組合物之製備方法,係將有機矽化合物及/或其縮合物、矽烷醇縮合觸媒、烯烴系聚合物、聚合起始劑、及根據需要之溶劑、其他任意成分混合。
具體而言,例如,將矽烷醇縮合觸媒混合於溶劑中,加入特定量之水進行(部分)水解,繼而添加有機矽化合物進行(部分)水解。另一方面,將烯烴系聚合物及聚合起始劑溶解於溶劑中,使兩液混合。該等成分亦可同時進行混合,又,關於有機矽化合物與矽烷醇縮合觸媒之混合方法,可列舉:將有機矽化合物與矽烷醇縮合觸媒混合後加入水進行(部分)水解之方法;或將使有機矽化合物及矽烷醇縮合觸媒分別(部分)水解而成者混合之方法。未必必需加入水或溶劑,但較佳為加入水而製成(部分)水解物。作為特定量之水之量,亦取決於矽烷醇縮合觸媒之種類,例如,於矽烷醇縮合觸媒為具有2個以上羥基或水解性基之金屬化合物之情形時,相對於金屬化合物1莫耳,較佳為使用0.5莫耳以上之水,更佳為使用0.5~2莫耳之水。又,於矽烷醇縮合觸媒為金屬螯合化合物或金屬有機酸鹽化合物之情形時,相對於金屬螯合化合物或金屬有機酸鹽化合物1莫耳,較佳為使用5~100莫耳之水,更佳為使用5~20莫耳之水。
本發明之有機無機複合體含有:a)有機矽化合物之縮合物,該有機矽化合物係式(I)所表示之至少1種,Rn
SiX4-n
…(I)
(式中,R表示碳原子直接鍵結於Si上之有機基,X表示羥基或水解性基。n表示1或2,n為2時各R可相同亦可不同,(4-n)為2以上時各X可相同亦可不同)
且為藉由Fedors之推算法求出之Rn
之溶解度參數(SP1)小於藉由
Fedors之推算法求出之烯烴系聚合物之溶解度參數(SP2)、且其差為1.6以上者(Si1);b)光聚合起始劑或熱聚合起始劑;c)烯烴系聚合物之硬化物。
本發明之有機無機複合體包含:矽烷醇縮合觸媒(亦包括觸媒之結構發生變化之衍生物)以非鍵結狀態分散於有機矽化合物之縮合物中而成者,或矽烷醇縮合觸媒(亦包括觸媒之結構發生變化之衍生物)鍵結於有機矽化合物之縮合物上而成者(例如,具有Si-O-M鍵者(M表示矽烷醇縮合觸媒中之金屬原子));或包含其混合狀態者。
作為上述本發明之有機無機複合體,具體而言,例如可列舉:澆鑄於鑄模中而成形之成形體、或塗佈於基體上而形成之薄膜。使用熱聚合起始劑之情形時,形成薄膜之情形,只要為於基體上進行塗佈後進行乾燥及/或加熱之方法,則無特別限制。使用光聚合起始劑之情形時,只要於乾燥後照射適合起始劑之光即可。較佳為照射包括350 nm以下之波長之光,藉此,可獲得更高硬度之薄膜(有機無機複合薄膜)。本發明中所謂「包括350 nm以下之波長之光」,係指不僅具有350 nm以下之波長,亦具有長於350 nm之波長之紫外線。
作為本發明之薄膜可形成之基體,可列舉:金屬、陶瓷、玻璃、塑膠等。先前,薄膜向塑膠基體之形成較為困難,而限定於玻璃等無機基體,但本發明之薄膜即便於形成較為困難之塑膠基體上亦可容易地形成皮膜,亦適用於塑膠製光學零件。作為該塑膠,例如可列舉:烯烴樹脂、聚碳酸酯樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、聚醯亞胺樹脂、聚酯樹脂、環氧樹脂、液晶聚合物樹脂、聚醚碸,特別是烯烴樹脂較佳,特佳為環烯烴樹脂。
又,作為有機無機複合體形成用組合物之塗佈方法,可使用公
知之塗佈方法,例如可列舉:浸漬法、噴霧法、棒式塗佈法、輥式塗佈法、旋轉塗佈法、淋幕式塗佈法、凹版印刷法、絲印法、噴墨法等。又,作為形成之膜厚,並無特別限制,例如為0.05~200 μm左右。
作為塗佈使用光聚合起始劑之有機無機複合體形成用組合物而形成之塗膜的乾燥處理,例如較佳為於40~200℃下進行1~120分鐘左右,更佳為於60~120℃下進行10~60分鐘左右。
又,包括350 nm以下之波長之光之照射例如可使用高壓水銀燈、低壓水銀燈、金屬鹵化物燈、準分子燈等公知之裝置進行,作為照射之光,較佳為以150~350 nm範圍之任意波長之光為主成分之光,更佳為以250~310 nm範圍之任意波長之光為主成分之光。若為對該範圍之波長有反應、且不對超過350 nm、較佳為超過310 nm之光有反應者,則基本上不受太陽光之影響。又,作為照射之光之照射光量,例如可列舉0.1~100 J/cm2
左右,若考慮膜硬化效率(照射能量與膜硬化程度之關係),則較佳為0.2~20 J/cm2
左右,更佳為0.5~10 J/cm2
左右。
再者,所謂350 nm以下之波長之光之照射,係指使用以350 nm以下之任意波長之光為成分之光源的照射,較佳為使用以350 nm以下之任意波長之光為主成分之光源的照射,即,使用成分量最多之波長為350 nm以下之光源的照射。
作為塗佈使用熱聚合起始劑之有機無機複合體形成用組合物而形成之塗膜的加熱、乾燥處理,溫度為10~200℃,較佳為10~160℃,更佳為10~130℃,進而較佳為20~130℃,時間為1分鐘~3小時。
本發明之有機無機複合薄膜於深度方向上之元素濃度可藉由ESCA(Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis,電子光譜化學分
析)分析進行測定。
根據ESCA分析,本發明之有機無機複合薄膜於薄膜表面側具有式(I)所表示之有機矽化合物之縮合物濃縮而成之層。
形成有該濃縮層之部分之碳原子濃度與距基材側10 nm之膜部分之碳原子濃度相比少40%以上、較佳為少50%以上。
此處,所謂「碳原子濃度」係指將(全部金屬原子+氧原子+碳原子)設為100%時之碳原子之莫耳濃度。其他元素之濃度亦相同。
又,以由ESCA分析所得之碳原子濃度規定「有機矽化合物之縮合物濃縮而成之層」,於「有機矽化合物之縮合物濃縮而成之層」中,矽濃度變高。
於本發明中,存在如下關係:碳濃度越低,矽濃度越高。
以下,藉由實施例對本發明更為具體地進行說明,但本發明之技術範圍並不限定於該等例示。
再者,於以下之實施例中,MIBK係指甲基異丁基酮。
1)有機矽化合物之縮合物之製備
於140 mL蛋黃醬瓶中加入甲基三甲氧基矽烷(信越化學工業股份有限公司 KBM-13)17.00 g。以相對於甲基三甲氧基矽烷以TiO2
換算計為5 mol%之方式添加二異丙氧基雙乙醯丙酮酸鈦(日本曹達股份有限公司,T-50,TiO2
換算固形物成分量16.5 wt%)3.02 g。繼而,加入MIBK 19.91 g,以攪拌速度100 rpm攪拌15分鐘。以相對於甲基三甲氧基矽烷為2倍mol之方式加入蒸餾水4.50 g,一面以攪拌速度100 rpm進行攪拌,一面進行2小時水解反應。此時,液溫上升至40℃。反應結束後,放置30分鐘直至反應液之液溫成為25℃,從而製備有機矽化合物之縮合物。
以聚丁二烯(日本曹達股份有限公司製造,G-3000,SP值約8.5)/有機矽化合物之縮合物成為90wt%/10wt%之方式,混合聚丁二烯17.37g與上述有機矽化合物之縮合物9.65g,並利用MIBK 22.29g進行稀釋。繼而,以相對於聚丁二烯之固形物成分為4wt%之方式添加過氧化二異丙苯(熱聚合起始劑:日本油脂股份有限公司製造,Percumyl D)0.69g,從而製備固形物成分40wt%之有機無機複合體形成用組合物。
使以上述方式製備之有機無機複合體形成用組合物於不鏽鋼板上以成為5μm之方式棒式塗佈成膜,並利用溫風循環型乾燥機以150℃乾燥30分鐘,而製作有機無機複合薄膜。
藉由ESCA而測定膜厚方向上之各元素之濃度(圖1)。
於140mL蛋黃醬瓶中加入甲基三甲氧基矽烷(信越化學工業股份有限公司KBM-13)17.00g。以相對於甲基三甲氧基矽烷以TiO2
換算計成為5mol%之方式添加二異丙氧基雙乙醯丙酮酸鈦(日本曹達股份有限公司,T-50,TiO2
換算固形物成分量:16.5wt%)3.02g。加入MIBK 19.91g,並攪拌15分鐘(攪拌速度100rpm)。
以相對於甲基三甲氧基矽烷為2倍mol之方式加入蒸餾水4.50g,進行水解反應(2小時,攪拌速度100rpm)。此時液溫上升至40℃。反應結束後,放置30分鐘直至反應液之液溫成為25℃,從而製備有機矽化合物之縮合物。
以聚丁二烯(日本曹達股份有限公司,EA-3000,SP值8.5)/有機
矽化合物之縮合物=90 wt%/10 wt%之方式混合EA-3000 17.37 g與有機矽化合物之縮合物9.65 g,之後利用MIBK 22.29 g進行稀釋。以相對於EA-3000之固形物成分為4 wt%之方式添加Irgacure907(光聚合起始劑:註冊商標,Ciba Specialty Chemicals股份有限公司 聚合起始劑)0.69 g。製備固形物成分40 wt%之有機無機複合體形成用組合物。
3)有機無機複合薄膜之製作
於日本ZEON公司製造之ZEONOR FILM ZF-16(188 μm)上以成為5 μm之方式進行棒式塗佈成膜,並利用溫風循環型乾燥機以80℃乾燥3分鐘。繼而,利用聚光型高壓水銀燈(以365 nm、313 nm、254 nm之波長之光為主成分之UV光,EYE GRAPHICS公司製造,120 W/cm,燈高9.8 cm,輸送器速度5 m/min)照射累計照射量400 mJ/cm2
之紫外線,而獲得薄膜。
藉由ESCA測定薄膜之膜厚方向上之各元素之濃度。將結果示於圖2。
1)有機矽化合物之縮合物之製備

以相對於甲基三甲氧基矽烷為2倍mol之方式加入蒸餾水4.50 g,進行水解反應(2小時,攪拌速度100 rpm)。此時液溫上升至40℃。反應結束後,放置30分鐘直至反應液之液溫成為25℃,而製備有機矽化合物之縮合物。
2)有機無機複合體形成用組合物之製備
以G-1000(日本曹達股份有限公司,聚丁二烯,SP值約8.3)/有機矽化合物之縮合物=90wt%/10wt%之方式混合G-1000 17.37g與聚矽氧烷9.65g,之後利用MIBK 22.29g進行稀釋。繼而,以相對於聚丁二烯之固形物成分成為4wt%之方式添加過氧化二異丙苯(熱聚合起始劑:日本油脂股份有限公司製造,Percumyl D)0.69g,而製備固形物成分40wt%之有機無機複合體形成用組合物。
於日本ZEON公司製造之ZEONOR FILM ZF-16(188μm)上以成為5μm之方式進行棒式塗佈成膜,並利用溫風循環型乾燥機以130℃加熱1小時,而製作有機無機複合薄膜。
藉由ESCA測定膜厚方向上之各元素之濃度(圖3)。
於140mL蛋黃醬瓶中加入乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷(信越化學工業股份有限公司KBM-1003)17.81g。以相對於乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷以TiO2
換算計成為5mol%之方式添加二異丙氧基雙乙醯丙酮酸鈦(日本曹達股份有限公司,T-50,TiO2
換算固形物成分量:16.5wt%)2.91g。加入MIBK 26.03g,進行15分鐘攪拌(攪拌速度100rpm)。
以相對於乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷為1.5倍mol之方式加入蒸餾水3.25g,進行水解反應(2小時,攪拌速度100rpm)。此時液溫上升至40℃。反應結束後,放置30分鐘直至反應液之液溫成為25℃。
以EA-3000(日本曹達股份有限公司,聚丁二烯,SP值8.5)/有機矽化合物之縮合物=90wt%/10wt%之方式混合EA-3000 17.37g與有機矽化合物之縮合物9.65g,之後利用MIBK 22.29g進行稀釋。
以相對於EA-3000之固形物成分為4 wt%之方式添加Irgacure907(註冊商標,Ciba Specialty Chemicals股份有限公司 聚合起始劑)0.69 g。獲得固形物成分40 wt%之塗佈劑。
3)有機無機複合薄膜之製作
於日本ZEON公司製造之ZEONOR FILM ZF-16(188 μm)上以成為5 μm之方式進行棒式塗佈成膜,並利用溫風循環型乾燥機以80℃乾燥3分鐘。繼而,利用聚光型高壓水銀燈(以365 nm、313 nm、254 nm之波長之光為主成分之UV光,EYE GRAPHICS公司製造,120 W/cm,燈高9.8 cm,輸送器速度5 m/min)照射累計照射量400 mJ/cm2

- 一種有機無機複合體形成用組合物,其含有:a)有機矽化合物之縮合物,該有機矽化合物係式(I)所表示之至少1種,Rn SiX4-n …(I)(式中,R表示碳原子直接鍵結於Si上之有機基,X表示羥基或水解性基,n表示1或2,n為2時各R可相同亦可不同,(4-n)為2以上時各X可相同亦可不同)且為藉由Fedors之推算法求出之Rn 之溶解度參數(SP1)小於藉由Fedors之推算法求出之非共軛二烯或共軛二烯系聚合物之溶解度參數(SP2)、且其差為1.6以上者(Si1);b)光聚合起始劑或熱聚合起始劑;c)非共軛二烯或共軛二烯系聚合物。

- 一種有機無機複合體,其含有:a)有機矽化合物之縮合物,該有機矽化合物係式(I)所表示之至少1種,Rn SiX4-n …(I)(式中,R表示碳原子直接鍵結於Si上之有機基,X表示羥基或水解性基,n表示1或2,n為2時各R可相同亦可不同,(4-n)為2以上時各X可相同亦可不同)且為藉由Fedors之推算法求出之Rn 之溶解度參數(SP1)小於藉由Fedors之推算法求出之非共軛二烯或共軛二烯系聚合物之溶解度參數(SP2)、且其差為1.6以上者(Si1);b)光聚合起始劑或熱聚合起始劑;c)非共軛二烯或共軛二烯系聚合物之硬化物。
- 一種有機無機複合體,其含有:a)有機矽化合物之縮合物,該有機矽化合物係式(I)所表示之至少1種,Rn SiX4-n …(I)(式中,R表示碳原子直接鍵結於Si上之有機基,X表示羥基或水解性基,n表示1或2,n為2時各R可相同亦可不同,(4-n)為2以上時各X可相同亦可不同)且藉由Fedors之推算法求出之Rn 之溶解度參數(SP1)小於藉由Fedors之推算法求出之非共軛二烯或共軛二烯系聚合物之溶解度參數(SP2)、且其差為1.6以上者(Si1)、與SP1小於SP2且其差未達1.6者或SP1大於SP2者(Si2)的莫耳比(Si1:Si2)為5:5~10:0;b)光聚合起始劑或熱聚合起始劑;c)非共軛二烯或共軛二烯系聚合物之硬化物。
- 一種積層體,其係於基材上塗佈如請求項1或2之有機無機複合體形成用組合物而獲得。
